how do you make a picture blurry? can you do it using paint shop pro? because thats the program i use and i took a picture of me and i want it to be kinda blurry so how do i do it ??? kthanksbuhbyeee =)

ok, this is very random but i was watching a movie about a murder and i was wondering, if someone is arrested under murder charges and someone bails them out, later they go to trial and are found innocent, do they get that bail money back?

Smirnoff Ice bottles

Will someone tell me how to open up a bottle of Smirnoff Ice without tearing all the skin off my hands? Their caps are on so tight and have such sharp little points on the edge, and there's nothing to stick a bottle opener under. I must be missing something. If I cannot open one sober how am I supposed to when I'm drunk?

Dancing for Dummies

I will admit it. I am a terrible dancer. I have fun dancing, but I look like a dork. I'm going to a Halloween dance thing with my boyfriend, and I'm at a loss as to how I'm going to dance with him, because although I have the slow dance thing worked out, I tend to look a little crazy when I boogie down to fast music.
Anybody have any tips to keep me from looking like a total loser on the dance floor? I shy away from the skanky grinding, but it may be a necessity.

so i was just wondering. what do you look for in the opposite sex? like, for guys, do yu like preppy or sporty grls, etc. and for grls, do you like jocks or nerdy-ish, etc. and describe yourself, too. i'm just curious what people look for. thx!

this may sound weird but how do you get to the bongo website like the clothes, ya know.?

and like the screen is this red-ish orange and if i click anywhere nothing happens and it says its fully loaded

well my boyfriend is in the army and hes been gone for a month and a few weeks now. since a few days ago i keep haveing these dreems, and in them my boyfriend is flirting with other girls, makeing me feel bad, cry ect. I wake up from these dreems feeling terrible. The only thing i can think of from these dreems are how he i feel about him talking to other girls. But any other suggestions?

he said
