chest pains

ok so almost every time im about to start my period my [chest] starts to hurt. it feels like they are rocks and they feel sore. is this normal? is this just part of the whole period thing or am i growing? whats going on?

As youngrandma said, it is all perfectly normal. It can be very uncomfortable for a few days and I find a good fitting bra, ibuprofen and a hot water bottle help a lot. All the best.

It is quite normal. Just part of your period. Midol sometimes helps. Plain old aspirin can also help.

Caffeine can make it worse so try to cut down on caffeinated soft drinks during your period. :)
