PARTY

What are some really great ideas for a party? i have a pretty big basement, with satellite tv, a pool table and a bar and dance floor. There would probably be 20 people or more there. Is there any kind of themes i can have, other than a haloween one? Also, i might have a birthday party in early december, too. what are some good ideas for that and what are some easy and organized ways to do it?
I'm turning 15 by the way.

1) I have a widow's hump (which is like the top of my spine sticking out of the back of my neck), short hair just under my ears, a wide frame and alot of loose fat on my back, sides, face, neck tummy and legs (so pretty much everywhere), I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO WEAR THAT I AM COMFY IN THAT ISN'T TOO EXPENSIVE!
2) For the past few months i have found myself really depressed/hyper and up and down with my mood, i am usually a quiet person but i am getting really mouthy and big-headed lately, especially with my teachers. I don't know whether it is because i have one short period flow every third month or whether i am actually depressive.
Please help

Party Cruise Boat

For my Sweet Sixteen, i wanted to have my party on a boat and sail around Manhatten or something like that. My birthday is in January, so it would have to be like an indoor boat. Does anyone know a good place that would offer this????

Hey everyone! Well, my bithday is in January, but I'm the type of girl who likes to plan things kinda early. I know where I'm going to have it and I know who I will invite (around 10 people). There is one last little thing missing. Invites!!! I don't really want to buy them, I want to make them on the computer. So is there any websites (that are free) that you can make your own invites? or is there a program you can buy at like, walmart or something (cheap)? I really need some help so I need some advice! thanks!!!!

Makeup

13/f. well, i have been wearing makeup for about 3 years now and its the natual stuff so it doesn't clog my pores or look caked on or anything. well, i've been getting these little white splotche(?)spots on my face and i've tried using conceler, and bronzer and stuff, but it never works! help! i don't know what to do. thanks!
p.s. by the way, the type of makeup i use is bare minerals, if anyone needs to know to give my advice. thanks!

My best friend (14) gets aroused sometimes when she watches free online porn...against the law because you have to be 18+.
Every woman + man get aroused no matter what and I can't stop that because it's human!
Should she still watch porn because it makes her horny and she goes plays with herself for about 10 minutes and she's done. I know a bit nasty, but I'm like her sister!

I'm not sure what should I do so I come to you guys. I'm going to take a poll so I have a better way to do it or not.
My sister just began to drive (she's 17) and she broke a law. For the first 6 months, she shouldn't have anyone in the car except herself and a sibling (that's me). She took some people to Dairy Queen (less than a mile far...you could walk there) from school. She does colorguard and thought it won't hurt. She didn't just break my mom's law, she broke the actual law.
Should I:
A. Let her go and if she breaks a law again and gets caught, it's her fault.
B. Tell my mom that she did it and she might get her keys tooken away, but maybe she'll think again...maybe.
