Swimming- Hair and makeup!!

Okay i swim most of the summer and i have a really big problem. Like a lot of kids from my class just hang out all at the pool all summer too. So i really want to look OKAY but i have wavy frizzy hair. Like really bad. When i put products on it it looks fine, but when i swim they wash out and when we are getting snacks or taking a break and my hair starts to dry it is reallly embarrasing. Is there anything i can do besides put it up? Because i hate swimming with my hair up.
Also, I saw in Seventeen magazine this stuff that you put over your makeup to make it all waterproof. But it was kind of expensive ($30) and i was wondering if there was a cheaper version of this stuff? And does it work?

Black Panther rally

The other day there was a Black Panther rally in Dallas, not one affiliated with the New Black Panther Party, is that legal?
They were yelling racial slurs at my brother, he and his co-workers were setting up pavilions for them and they were all caucasian.

My friend Peggy was out sick for two days in a row with food poisoning. When Peggy
came back to work she met Tania by the ladies room at 9AM. Tania said; girl you are
skinny, you lost weight. Peggy thought Tania was implying that Tania never thought
Peggy was skinny before her two day illness (everyone is always telling Peggy she is

SPRINT USERS

Ok so I'm finally getting a phone and the plan that I'm getting is Sprint since it's what my mom and dad have. Their 2 year contract with Sprint expired on the 19th. It was 800 minutes for 2 phones and it was $80. Well, now they want to bring me into the plan and of course I want to have text messaging.
My QUESTIONS:
How much is it for unlimited text?
Even if you have unlimited text are you charged for sending texts to other companies (ie. T-Mobile) for texting them, or them texting me?
Also,
A friend of my dad's says that if I get another plan, (Vision plan for texting) their contract is extended to 2 years as well as mine, instead of theirs being extended for 1 year and mine for ...

Ok here's the deal...all of my friends are busy this summer so I have no one to hang out with...I'm really bored and have nothing to do and nowhere to go...I can't drive yet...so there's nowhere to go...does anyone have any ideas on how to make this summer the best one ever?

Graduation tears

My 8th grade graduation is going to be really sad because ive known my friends for years and now im going to be going to a whoel different high school, leaving everyone behind. I really do not want to cry at graduation for various reasons. Does anyone have any advice of how basically not to cry?! Anything to tell myself during grad? Thanks

ok i know people around school think im pretty, and im sure a lot think im ugly too. but, im always stared at, guys and girls. and im talked about too and im sure im known as "the girl who wears a ton of makeup". is that why im stared at though, because i wear lots of makeup? or is it because im pretty? because i look weird? have a big nose? please be honest and tell the truth. and also, if they think im so pretty y wont people talk to me then? pretty people usually get more attention and the not so pretty people are the nerds and stuff. i only have one best friend, and pretty much my only friend. so, whats so wrong with me? sign in and then look at my myspace please. http://www.myspace.com/brixmariex3
