Valium..for anxiety

I have test anxiety and was wondering if I could use Valium (prescription med) to calm my nerves?
Does it make you drowsy, or will it still allow you to stay focused?...meaning, can it calm you down just enough, or is it a bit much?
Also, is valium habit forming? Thanks, I am just trying to see what I can do about calming my nerves, it's really getting in the way of my concentration and ability to perform well on exams.

Im starting that diet, where you only drink juice and water, like eat nothing or drink.
Does anyone know if that works?

any ideas, food and exercises.
by the way , i over eat, ALOT
but i cant help it, its so good , that is what made me gain 12 lbs in under a month.

brown stuff in my underwear?

i got my period 2 fridays ago and i ended it this friday. well ever since saturday i've been having dark brown stuff in my underwear. its like discharge but its real dark brown.. maybe my period hasnt exactly ended? But its monday and its still happening ALOT. idk what it is? is something wrong with me?
please respond if you have any idea

it is normal that im 14 ive been having my period for a year and a half and this month ive had it twicee and i can never everr use tamponss like ive tried evverryyy way i could and i meann every way i bought slenders ive done just about everythingg. please heelpp i want to be able to not worry abotu this in the summmerr=[[

ok when i pee at the end it hurts really bad and it bleeds im a female and i dont know what it is it cant be my period because i know when its my period there is no continues blood just a little and stopps im not a virgen and i dont know what can it be can somebody help pleasE?

Lately, I've been feeling really dizzy and tired. It's been going on for the last 2 days or so, and I was just wondering--- has anyone ever felt these things with allergies? Because my cheeks and eyes have been hurting, and I've been congested and had frequent headaches.
I'd really appreciate some help-- because I'm a hypochondriac, and even though is just dizziness, I'm still freaking out thinking I'm dying.

getting colds in cold .. myth?

yeah, so all my life i grew up thinking you could get a cold by being cold. but then a few years ago my bio teacher said no, you get colds only from contact with other humans, which is why you seem to get sick more easily in the winter since that's when you're at school and all that. but then my mom firmly believes that it's possible to catch a cold just by getting chilled. soooo wat do u guys think? this is irking me.

Questions concerning my period

Is it normal that you get this brown stuff which happens to be your period and not have it for months and months then have then have your period again in a week? I just got my period, and I'm wondering if i should be worried. Only a small amount comes out and it isn't red. In fact, it seems more like grown goo than blood. The period comes along with some aches around your body and a stomachache. 13/f

both my questions have to do with the face.
1. i have scars from acne (not indented scars) ive had before and this was like 3-4 months ago. i dont even pick at my pimples but these scars are REALLY annoying me. i wash my face every morning and night. acne free at night and morning burst in the morning. is there any products or secrets to get rid of these scars? if so, where can i get these products? thanks.
2. idk why but my face seems to be paler than my body. it hasnt always been like this but it really bothers me and makes me feel really ugly. is it just me whos face is paler than my body or is everyones like that? thankss.

Period, bleeding- longer than usual.

I am now on my period (it's day 5), and usually by this time in my cycle, bleeding is practically done, and all I have is minor spotting/old blood. But this time, my flow is pretty irregular for me, and I am still bleeding (almost medium flow). This is not normal for me, I should be practically done by now. I think that stress is probably a factor, but I am also concerned about one other thing... I started using a menstrual cup (bell shaped, collects blood), called Diva Cup. It was my first cycle using it, and insertion was annoying to say the least, I have been trying to get used to it (it beats pads and tampons by a lot), and I am not sure whether constant inserting/removing could have caused some irregularity in my cycle...

I am very thin and always was. But here is my question: When I took garlic tablets I lost weight why?
And my bf took kelp tablets and he broke out into a rash on his face and got dizzy why
And in addition when my bf was taking kelp tablets he had severe pain in his jaw - why

so this is really embarrassing and disgusting but like.. i work at a daycare center and i read online that little kids are the biggest carrier of this and im pretty sure thats where i got it from.. pin worms... yeah its gross but its way to gross and embarrassing to tell my parents.. and i read it isn't harmful to your body at all.. is there any home remedies that can get rid of these or over the counter medicine? to me its really gross because im like a health freak and im like paranoid about it what can i do besides go see a doctor?

I get it before, during and after. I'm wondering if this is supposed to be normal? It's really bothering me. I've never experienced much of PMS before I got onto the pill. I've been on the pill for over a year and out of nowhere for the past few months I go through 3 weeks of hell.

ok so im 16 and i recently have realized that the thin hairs on my butt cheeks have been growing exceptionally long. i don't shave or wax my butt area (i didn't really think anybody did) so i don't kno what could be causing this sudden growth. i told my friend about this seeking advice, and she called me a freak and compared me to a hairy baboon! i'm so embarrassed because i'm going to the beach for memorial day and i tried on my bathing suit and you can TOTALLY SEE THE HAIR! it's kinda gross. i don't know what to do! HELP ME

Vagina Problem

This is gonna sound gross but, i have a problem when im at school i go to the bathroom twice a day but, i always end up smelling like urine or period blood and i dont have a period cuz i ont have any eggs and i always wipe really good and i change my underwear everyday and i dont wear underwear to bed so, whats should i do and could something be wrong.
p.s. i am a virgin
