stress/anxiety

lately with summer break, ive had alot of free time to just sit around and do nothing. while im sitting around doing nothing i over analyze things and worry about things, way too much. i know im doing it but i cant really make myself stop. well the problem is, ive been having sort of mini anxiety attacks from it, but lately ive been having these weird chest pains, like right where my heart is. it only lasts like 15 mins, but is that from anxiety or is it something worse that i should be concerned about?

k well I don't have big breasts. I guess I'm an AA, but anyways. I had these bumps where my aerola or however you spell it is . Well , more like one bump, and it had like a black dot in it. I had it for about 4 months. But the black dot appeared about a month ago. Today, I accidiently popped it and these very light creme thingy came out. After I wiped that, blood started coming out. What is this? And is there any way to make it better? Thanks :)

I am going on a trip to Atlanta, GA and I want to bring a small bowl and a little bit of pot with me. If I put them inside a small zip lock baggy and insert them into my umm yea would I be okay?

I can't read a book.

I'm a 16 year old female...and I can't finish a book in one try. Never ever. I can't sit down and I can't even read through 10 pages without getting bored, distracted, anxious...or just lazy. I've tried sitting. And I've tried standing. And I've tried laying down. I fall asleep when I lay down and get distracted when I sit. And when I stand, it's just a disaster. I always save it for a later time, guilt free, and tell myself..eh, I'll read it later. I have a really high reading level, so the problem's not with that. I just can never finish a book. And I WANT to read. But I always end up sparknoting books cause I can never finish reading them (for school purposes). And when I want to read on my own, I get distracted, put it off for a later t...

but more near my .. vagina. i'm hiding if from my parents so its barly going to show in a bathing suit but i was wondering.. i shave my whole pubic area down there. can i still do it when i get a tatoo? & do i have to wait a little while, when i get the tatoo near their, to shave?

hi well im 16 and so is my boyfriend, and obviously, we're "sexually active." and i know everytime we do, were taking a big risk..but my last period was two and a half weeks late..and i was tired and peed all the time, every little smell could make me nauseous, i was getting sick in the morning, i gained 6 pounds, and as silly as this may sound, i felt heavy and contented, and rather..well, motherly. then one day at work, after almost puking, i had horrible cramps. but i couldnt go home till later. i went to my boyfriends, and we had a fight. then when i got home, i thought i started my period..but upon closer inspection..(graphic!)..it wasnt normal period stuff.. it was all pink..and stringy-like..with like, chunks of almost blac...

Sunburn

Okay so the other day I got a wicked bad sunburn on my forehead. I did remember to put sunscreen on, but I guess I must've missed that spot (oops!)...
So anyway, now it's starting to peel! It looks absolutely disgusting and its peeling especially along my hairline so now it looks like I have dandruff!
Is there any way to stop it from peeling so much?

I'm overdue..whats some natural ways to induce labor?
I've heard about nipple stimulation - tried it, didn't work..or I'm not doing it right..I am at the point now where I am miserable and sick of being pregnant..I want my baby out so I can return to normal and complete my family.
Please tell me how I do what you suggest because obviously my own blunders didn't work to well.

Mono Relapse

I was diagnosed with mono a little more than a month ago. It lasted about 4 weeks and then I felt completely fine, even though I know i still had it. I stayed pretty unactive because I know you're supposed to stay rested as long as possible. Recently, I've been running and going to pom pom practice at school. There is also a guy I'm with who said he did have it a long while ago... but i didn't think it'd matter to kiss him since we've both already had it. Now I'm going through a mono relapse. What is most likely the cause?

Does getting teeth pulled hurt?

I'm 14 and getting braces and I need to get 2 bicuspids pulled. Does getting them pulled hurt? I had 6 baby teeth pulled when I was 8 or 9, and they gave me laughing gas and some other stuff and I didn't feel anything. But is it different for adult teeth? How long will they hurt after I get them pulled?

Hey, I just need information real quick. My armpits are pretty dark and all, and I was wondering if there is anyway to lighten it up! Is there anyway? And I like scrub it and it doesn't help! I heard lemon will work, but is there any other way?

well i used to cut and my parents dont know but i did stop. anyway i might have to go to the doctors and i have scars on my hips and i'm worried that the doctors will ask me about it and stuff. what do i do?? plus i dont want them telling my parents because it is my business not theirs. i dont have any open cuts or anything like i said i stopped but i have scars. and there is no good explanation on why i have scars on my hips lol. thanks so much :)

Ear Infection?

Just a few days ago, I got my ears pierced. Im fourteen and I had them done when I was seven but they got infected.
I have really thick earlobes, hah. So that makes it difficult to clean my ears, but I try.
But my ears still hurt and I cant tell if theyre swollen or not, because my ears are just...thick! You know? And my brother said they look red but Im always red so its hard to tell.
How do you tell if your ears are infected, and can you make it go away without having to take out the earrings? Thanks so much!

I got my period and CAN'T tell my mom!

I got my period almost a YEAR AGO! But i can't seem to tell my mom about it! Shes always really weird about this stuff, almost as if shes mad about it. When i first started shaving, i didn't tell my mom (just like all my friends) then she found out and like started yelling at me! She said stuff like "why didn't you tell me, your to young to need to do that." Then she told my grandmother when we were walking down the street by wispering it to her. I heard because she said it kind of loud. So when i got my period it thought she is going to tell my grandmother, and oh shes going to keep talking to me about it just like she did with the shaving thing. So now every time i get it, i work up the courage to tell her and then i can't. So how do i tell her????????????

Arm vein?

My best friend was playing basketball, and he fell on his wrist, he went in for X-rays and he hasn't gotten them back yet, we thought he broke his arm or wrist. Well like now im on the phone with him, and he like got his arm in hot water, and then he started freaking out because his vien hurts really really reallly bad. What could this mean?! Please help.

my sister is having a problem, she came and moved down here to chicago with me and my mom from greenbay with her dad and she never really got told she was pretty and to me shes the pretty's girl ever and i always tell her that and so does alot of other people espesclly the boys, she dosent belive nobody though how can get her to belive that she beautiful

Im not sure if this is the right category for this question but hey whatever, ok yesterday was the first time i used a tampon i checked like 50 time to make sure I had it in right but all day it hurt like crud every time i moved i wanted to kill myself whats wrong with me ??
