Writing songs

I really want to start writing songs. I have a piano and I really want to start experiementing with it and my voice and the sounds I can produce. Regina Spektor is my idol idol idol. She has the sweetest voice ever and is so awesome on the piano. I have things I want write about but I just don't know how to get it down it's sort of swimming around in my brain like fishys :). If anyone could help that'd be so great thank you!!
PS. please don't tell me to buy a book or go out and get something.

2. where can i get dance moves like choreography on the net coz i need to learn some, some GOOD ONES dont say youtube i tries but theyre all sucky.. { exra question: wer can i get the choreogrphy of crazy in love by beyonce]?

My girlfriend says im a good singer, and im good at guitar, but i dont really know, i love her a lot, and i believe everything she says, but i really dont think im much of a singer or guitarist. what do you think?

Does anyone have any ideas on the Ben Harper lyrics to "Roses from my friends"?
It sounds like a pretty sad song..but I can't seem to understand what the lyrics mean. here are the lyrics:

Well I posted a question on herre asking about a song and I got the name and artist. But now I can't find it anywhere! I've tried limewire, itunes, and singingfish.com. is there a place where i can download this song: Amazing, by Janelle. It's a really pretty song. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Ok, so I've searched everywhere
and i can't remember the quote I saw
from One Tree Hill, one episode
I know the episode was in season 3 and
called Over the Hills and Far Away
It was the episode when Peyton
went to visit Jake. The quote went
