eyeliner
how do you apply eyeliner (black) on the lower eyelid. like not overdoing it, but you know sexy enough. haha jk. but you know what i mean -- also what kind of eyeliner is best? thanks in advance

Pull your cheek down. There will be a flesh-colored barrier between your lower eyelash and the red part. Color in that part with the eyeliner.
My personal favorite eyeliner is Revlon. It stays on longer and glides on smoothly. Maybelline smears and falls all over your cheeks in a few hours. Don't use it.

Don't put it under the lashes, put it on top of your lashes. (Kind of on the inside of your lid) The kind of liner that I use (its so good) is Laura Mercier in Black Violet. Lancome also works, but don't use Estee' Lauder... those break very easily.

well i cant really help you with applying eyeliner because personally, im not good at it myself so i just put it on top of my eyelids but anyway my absolute favorite eyeliner is by N.Y.C i could live on it lol but its the kind with two sides... ones black and you can pick the other color but im not sure if they sell it everywhere ... xoxo hope i can helpp

i personally use cover girl brand eyeliner, which is really good for the lower eyelid. for not overdoing it, your kinda the judge. but i personally like it right on the lower eyelid and a little lower from it.. if you do it and think its to much, dont be scared to take some off or take it all off and start over.
*take your time. do it back and forth until its as dark as you want it. and be really consitrated. if theres things that can distract you.. you may end up poking yourself in the eye. ow. like mascara its helps (me atleast) if i have my mouth open a little..

I personally think Avon`s eyeliner is some good stuff or Maybellie..
You just apply it to the white line above your eyelashes..Do it slowly && gently take your time..
Practicing is something alot of girls have to do and eventually you`ll get the hang of it..

i use MAC smolder eyeliner. its really dark and goes on really smoothly. but if you don`t want to overdo it, just put it on the lower lid. not beneath your lashes but the white part against your eyeball. and if you want only put it on the corners of your lower lid, or from the outside to the middle. theres a lot of ways you can do it.
and if you need help ask your mom or go in to macys and have one of the makeup specialists help.

Yeah the same thing goes for me...I mean how to put it on. I use both Cover Girl Point Plus and Jordana for eyes. If you're wondering about liquid...unless you have a steady hand and really risky...go for it...but you get relly great eyes with the points.

well i love Maybelline Expert Eyes...to apply it..pull your eye down very slighly and go around the rim inside your eye, that like goes around it..not inside your eye..you'll see it..its like a little ledge..just put it around there..if ou wanna make your eyes seem wider...put more eyeliner on the outer edges of your eye near your eye lash line.
