Nervous 24/7

Question Posted Thursday July 28 2005, 7:58 pm

Iam always nervous and deppressed no one around me like family, friends, stuff like that can tell. I have no brothers or sisters to help me,I'm scared of life to and of the devil I think I want a Theropist but I'm scared if I tell my parents i'll get in trouble and they wont belive me. I am 13 and female, I'm also scared of the fact of becoming one of those teens who get soo stressed they move things with there mind and don't even no it, and some of those kids become Excersist.

P.S. I'm that teen who is a Little too skinny.

Ok.. well most people will say find a trusted friend. But find someone whose your friend but you don't relle talk to much and tell them about it. Make sure theyh're not the kind of person who will blow you off thinking your odd or something. I do this alot and it always helps.

I understand. I went through a pretty bad depression. You need to find ways of beating that depression first of all. Try talking with you're closest friends about it. If you hole everything up in yourself nobody is going to know what you're dealing with!!! I'm sure your friends would luv to help you so give them a chance. About being afraid of the devil. Well, I'm a Christian. I beat my depression by really reading the Bible and just praying. And you are NOT going to move things just with your mind unintentionally. That thing is of the devil and not right!!! When you said, "i'm that teen who is a Little too skinny" that made me wonder..are you going through anorexia??? Because i did too and it just makes things worse and more depressing!!! Sounds like you're having a really bad time. Just start praying. Even if you're not a Christian, Jesus is ALWAYS there for you and He loves you soo much. And He already knows what you're going through!!!

Disciple (plz rate me if i deserve it)

The devil? Think about this. Maybe god doesnt like you. What if he doesnt? You'll die a sad and lonely person. Get over religion. Get over being nervous.

You need to learn to let everything go. Let everything around you do its own little thing. Stop caring.

You're worried about "those kids who become exorcist?" Why? Do you have any REAL proof that is possible? Even close to possible? You fall for propaganda made to control you, give you hope. Its called religion. Maybe shortly you'll notice the contradictions in it.

Maybe you'll notice all the other different religions. Maybe you'll even start to wonder; "Is my religion the correct religion?"

Stop caring.

im 15 now and i honestly felt that way at 13 too. I have a brother but hes younger so its not much help. But If you really need someone to talk to then i would do what the last girl said and write a letter to your parents..be sure to explain WHY you need one.. and how long you've felt this way and your worried for yourself. I pray your parents will be understanding of that and let you see one. I hope things get better for you<3

P.S. dont be scared of life. Everyone grows up and has stress and depression and feels alone, i personally think its a phase cause i've never talked to someone whos never felt that way. But just try and think positive for yourself.

if you ever need someone to talk to feel free to message me in my inbox. im totally willing to help you out, cause i know its so hard when you dont have anyone to talk to.

best wishes hun.<3 -amanda

my advice to you is to tell your family that you need to have a family discussion to let them know how your feelings are effecting your thinking
they shouldnt get mad and if they do go see a counseler for free

You should tell your parents. I doubt you'll get in trouble. More likely, they'll appreciate your maturity in coming to them when you realized you had a problem.
