Chatychic08 answered Monday August 16 2004, 5:19 am: Its no big deal everyone has it really. There was a thing about it in Seventeen magizine a while ago about it, they mentiond things that didnt have to do with exercise such as: sit up straight more, breath through your chest instead of your stomach, dont eat until your entirely full, and dont sleep on a full stomach. they siad those two last ones expand your stomach muscles or watever and make it look pouchie around that area. hope it helps. ;)

GC_rox_my_sox answered Sunday August 15 2004, 5:44 pm: That's where your internal organs (stomach, intestines) are. There's no way to get rid of it without getting those organs taken out. Which obviously is not a good idea. Don't worry about it, everyone has it no matter how skinny they are. [ GC_rox_my_sox's advice column | Ask GC_rox_my_sox A Question ]
