Rethinking what I want from life and feeling lost?

I'm a Sophomore in college and I feel like it's taking me way too long to graduate. I was told I can graduate in 3 years, but every semester it seems like it's taking longer and longer. I'm now looking at 4-5 years and I'm only in my second year and feeling burnt out. It's not because I'm failing classes or anything, it's all the extra courses I have to take that have nothing to do with my degree. Now I'm being told that I'm going to need my Masters on top of my bachelors to get anywhere (Healthcare Management).
I really want to travel to other countries teaching English, but I don't know how realistic that is.
I'm also tired of dating, none of the boys in my age range take life seriously and other than one r...

Hello, this is kind of an awkward question. So me and my friend are in the 9th grade and we were doing homework in my room and she fell asleep on the bed. But her feet were sticking out, so her feet were on top of the desk and they happened to be right on my notebook. I didn't want to wake her up so I just kept working with her feet in my face lol, but her toes kept wiggling a lot so I got distracted and started playing around with them.

Hey guys!
I need some serious help. This is kind of hard to explain but I will do my best. So there is a guy that I used to like but now has a gf. Lets just call him Smile for now. I do not like him anymore but because of a friend of mine, he still think that I still like him. He knew that I liked him by the way. Should I keep up this once-a-week friendship or should I move on?

So this is my story, (I tried to condense it at the end if you don’t want to read it all):
I’m kinda friends with this guy from school. (I’m a junior girl, he’s a senior.) He’s nice and friends with a lot of people. My problem is that I’ve kinda been friends with him for a while, and we’ve had our ups and downs, but now we’ve reached a plateau.
Once a week almost every week, I get together with some friends and he’s there too. Those days, I have so much fun with my friends and with him. However, the rest of the week, me and him act like strangers and avoid each other. It’s because of me.

okay so after this school year, which ends in july, i will have to study abroad, which means i have to leave all my friends.
I actually wanted to study abroad, its my decision, but now that a school really accepted me, i realised that, im not as brave as i thought i am.

Why do middle aged women feel the need to flirt with young men around me

It really bothers me when middle aged women who I admire, look up to, and feel nurtured by feel the need to flirt with and outpour their attention to young men my age (I am 24/f). It's not even that I want to "get in on the competition", as I wouldn't even go for the boys in my school because they are annoying and crass. Actually, I'm more jealous that these female friends are giving THEM the attention and not me (it's not jealousy in a romantic way, but a mother figure way). So why do these women who are my dear friends, mentors, and teachers feel the need to prove that they have the ability to flirt with young men around me? Hello, we've known each other for a 2 months and become a really good friends, always joking and sharing stories, helping with stuff however the other day,out of blue he says,'i will be your best friend if you want me to be.' The thing is we're friends already and why would he want to be best friend?? He says he will help me with things if I need one. He also says we will always be friends. so basically friend A told me that friend B told her that I talked shit behind her, which I didn't, and it's actually B that talked shit about A and I just listened.
It all started when friend A accused B because A said that friend C said something about B. B then dragged me down too and say that I talked shit about A. Now I admit that I was there when B was trash talking about A but I never did talk shit about A, i was the one who changes the topic because I dont want drama. Although A said that she still trusts me, I believe that things are still quite awkward between us, and I don't know about friend B, i mean she just dragged me down when I really trusted them BOTH and I just didn't know she would say something like that.

Not having the college experience?

My first year of university is almost over and I'd have to say I didn't even have what you can say a college experience, I didn't get to live on campus (which I regret not doing), I only went to three out of the ten freshmen orientation days so all the friends I've made on there forgot who I am (I know this because I've added them on Facebook and to this day none of them accepted by their profile pics always change). I don't get to stay on campus past 6:30 cause my parents say it's not safe, my school is known as the rape school but it's my mom that forced me to go there cause it's close to home. Anyways during my first year if you've seen my previous questions I've been complaining about not having any friends and I've learned to accept it...

My best friend is always starting fights

so last year I met my best friend and we got closer over the summer. But when school started, she was always getting mad at me. Like when we had running club, and i cut my foot, she got mad at me for not running. We ended up not talking for several days. We then got over it and were fine for a couple of weeks. It got worse and worse and she was getting mad at me for really simple things. Well last week she got mad at me for staying home from school because of an asthma attack. why is it so hard to make friends?

All my life i have always felt like the second or backup option. Now that high school is over and im in university ive tried and tried to make friends but they all end up just being classmates meaning after the class is done they have their group of friends to go to. None of my high school friends bother to text me or see how im doing its always me having to start the conversation first. I even tried making friends on my schools facebook page, me and the friends i made talked all summer then when we met at school they dropped me. So i have a friend and to be honest we were never really friends to begin with. I would say i was closer to her mom than her because her mom actually knew stuff about me while she didnt bother. So basically i have this friend lets call her Kim, kim and i became friends in grade 10 and then hungout in the summer time. My friend is super lucky. Her parents make a lot of money, she always gets to buy merchandise for her favorite youtubers and so on. She has a nice, cool, older sister, who has the same tastes as her, and is amazing at art. She gets to go to concerts, and I remember complaining that a musical I ABSOLUTELY love is expensive, but I really want to go, and she's going later this month. She has a dog, a cat, and a hamster. She's super pretty, and has a lot of friends, and all the boys like her. I love her to death, she's my best friend, funny and kind and sarcastic and mean but in a loving way. I need help.

How long did it take for you to make friends in College/University?

It's about to be my second semester and I still haven't made any friends and it's starting to really effect my mental health. I went to my schools orientation week long story short thanks to my strict parents I only went to 3 of the 10 days so all the friendships I made failed because I basically just disappeared. Then school started in all my classes nobody really talks because they're so focused on the lectures so it's hard to make friends in classes. Even though there's so many people I always feel so alone whenever I go to school. So being an introvert in high school I didn't really have any friends I mostly had acquaintances and the friends I did have we would only text about school but now that we don't go to the same school anymore they don't text me to see how I'm doing because why bother? Worried and Paranoid

Hello, I have a friend who I made two years back, and she tried committing suicide today. From what I know she's fine but now I'm plagued by other worries. I'm afraid she isn't stable and I've let her quite a lot into my life. She's told me things like that she's had boyfriends that abused her and other stuff like that that I used to doubt were true but I just kind of ignored it. But now I'm worried that she could try something against me or to my family or something. I just feel like I was very stupid to let her into my life that much. I don't know for certain whether or not her stories are true or not but I'm genuinely scared now that I might've put my trust in someone dangerous. I feel like crying because I don't what to do. Any relationship in general I don't know what's wrong with me but I can't let anyone close, ever since I was younger I would build a wall up. I remember having a bestfriend in elementary school and in the 4th grade we had to to write down who our bestfriends were, she wrote my name down and I knew she was my best friend but I ended up putting an acquaintance from my soccers team name down. Finding reliable friends

Hey I go to middle school. I have a fair amount of friends but only 1 I can rely on. But that one person has possibilities of leaving our school next year, I am leaving this school the year after next year, so IF by chance she leaves I won't have anyone to rely on for a whole year, I mean, I have friends and they let me hang out but I really needed that person who is always with me. Please help, I'm really shy and find it hard to get close to people.
