okay, so my dentist has tons of computers in her offfice and i accidently forgot to sign myself off aim. ive been on for like days there and im afraid someone will hack into my screenname.
is there any possible way to sign off on that computer besides going back there.

sign onto your aim account from another computer, and a system message should come up asking you if you want to log off in your other location. it'll tell you (i believe) to press one to log off the other location.

I have an apple iPod so I can't really tell you how, but my suggestion would be to look in the instruction book / call the company because it should have some kind of a "reset" feature that sets it back to it's factory made settings. IE: no songs. Good luck & sorry I wasn't much help!

well, my best friend and i just went through this. except i was the one who wasn't spending enough time with her.
set up a time for a girl's night, every week. one night a week schedule a couple of hours that you guys can do something together that way you can spend time together.

Ok I am trying to eat healthier (cutting down on sweets...nothing extreme) but my family always has candy in the house, where it is hard not to grab some as you walk by the cabinet. Also, my parents love to treat us to ice cream, and bring home ymmuy baked goods, and i just have a hard time declining them. How can I gain more self control over eating sweets? (link)

okay, this is my SUGGESTION so please don't think that you have to do this or anything like that.
what i suggest is, don't deprive yourself. you don't have to COMPLETELY cut yourself off. if there's some kind of baked good, or ice cream, or candy, etc. get half of it. or if you go somewhere, order a small serving instead of a medium or large. if they're large servings, try splitting with someone else.
that way, you don't have to deprive yourself, but you're still cutting back.
also, try not to grab candy or a snack as you walk by. limit yourself to one or two random snacks a day, then don't eat anymore snack like things.

you can't get pregnant without having sex. well, technically, you COULD if you are doing something sexual and sperm enters the vagina. but other than that, you can't.
if you are concerned about the lump in your stomach, talk to a parent or doctor & they can help you more.

15/f. there's a boy (same age) that i kind of know, but he lives 3 hours away. the last time i saw him (at a small concert) i caught him staring at me a few times from across the room (i was standing behind the bar watching the show). we are both sort of "artsy, dreamer, unique, musical" type people. i'm not astoundingly pretty, but i don't look like an ogre (i'm one of those people who isn't a supermodel but isn't ugly). i've never actually talked to this guy, but do y'all think that he will be weirded out if i talk to him the next time i see him? i know that he knows my name (we emailed each other once before) but i don't know if he knows what i look like, so i don't want to seem like some random chick that just starts talking. we're both serious musicians, by the way. so my question is, do y'all think that i would freak him out a little if i struck up a conversation?
