Have you ever considered doing gymnastics? It's a beautiful sport and you are sure to get into great shape and become very flexible. It's very challenging but also very fun. I'm 16 and it's the sport i regret not following up on. You should watch some gymnasts like Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson on websites like youtube and i'm sure you'll be amazed! -Sarah

Hi, My name's Rae, I'm a 17/f. My 19 yr old boyfriend just left for the Navy like, an hour ago. hi rae (beautiful name by the way!). you don't realize your strength. i can see you are already strong by accepting the fact that he is going away and watching him leave. i know, like you, i would feel so out of place without my boyfriend. maybe like in the notebook, you can write him letters everyday telling him how much you love him, miss him, and what you've been doing. even if you don't send them to him, you can keep them and give them to him when he gets home in a few weeks. keep a countdown to when he gets home! keep yourself busy so that there's less time for you to be upset about him not being there. even though it will be hard make sure you never underestimate your strength. seeing him will be great in 9 weeks, look forward to that! good luck! you'll do great.

Everyones hair grows at different speeds, but I know my hair started out a little longer than shoulder length and my hair is now the length of the hair in the picture and it took a good year. Patience is the key here, good luck! :)

it basically feels like stretching a really sore muscle or tearing a muscle. i cannot tolerate pain well, but this amount of pain was fine and didn't bother me too much. you're too caught up in thoughts to really be focused on the pain. it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be! good luck when you do decide to do it!

Okay, this is kind of long, but I really need answers.
Ok. So I have a crush on one of my coworkers. We work at a movie theatre together, and we always have a blast when we have the same shifts. I'm 17/f, and he's 22/m. So yes, there is an age difference. We've hung out with mutual friends a few times, and I've known him for almost a year.
He and I always did that sort of cutsey flirty thing, but even though I liked him, I always just figured he was only goofing around, not to be hurtful, but he just didn't think of me as more than a friend. Then monday night rolled around.
We were both working until close together and of course we were being very flirty, kinda joking around and hugging a lot. Then, when we were closed, he took me onto the roof of the building where we just talked and goofed around. Then we started hugging and kind of swaying. He kept joking about making out in the closet, asking me what I was thinking, all that kind of stuff.
So now I think he may in fact like me. After the evening ended, I sent him a text message saying "heh. next time just kiss me." and he responded with "yeah that was some pretty hard flirting, wasn't it?"
I dunno whether or not to make a move, though! We haven't really hung out one-on-one yet, and I have, in the past, ruined a friendship by thinking it was more than that. Should I wait for him to do something more? Or should I do something?

i'm 16/f and the guy i'm with is 21, so we have the same age difference as you and this guy, and we work together too. i used to always think we would never pursue anything (although we were always flirting and hinting we liked eachother) because of our age difference. when a guy asks what your thinking, he usually wonders if he's on your mind and is hoping you'll admit you like him. to play it safe, wait for him to make a move on you. it is clear that he cares about you after the time you guys spent together, and now he knows you are okay with him kissing you so he will probably feel more comfortable doing so. as hard as it may be, give it time and i think something will definately come of it. age differences don't mean anything, it's about how old you are inside. hope i helped! and i hope all goes well, just have faith and dont rush it!

okay today was last day of school and the last time im gonna see my close friend cause she is moving to korea tommorow.And then when the class ended i tried to hold my tears but i burst up crying but she didnt see it yet so she asked me to take a picture with her and she saw me crying and she was trying to cheer me up by saying "its okay" but i told her"its not okay your leaving" and she got quite and she stayed there for like 5 minutes because i was still crying but next thing you know she said'im going now dont cry okay?" and she turned back and went somewhere. and after that i cant stop crying for 3 hours and im not kidding what do you think about this? and why do you think she left when i was crying? considering she is going so far away, it's no wonder you're so upset. things are going to be different and even if it isn't a good different, you will adjust with some time. my guess as to why she left when you were crying is because the idea that she is leaving makes her upset too and she doesn't want to see other people upset about it too. as you can imagine she has probably already cried about it a lot and wants to remember you as being happy. keep your head up and keep a smile on your face!
