Question Posted Saturday February 2 2008, 5:33 pm

So me and my sister (13 and 10) need some fun sports to particapate in. My sister will do most any sports, even football (she is a tomboy). I'm pretty much open to anything, I just wanted to know if you guys had a site or a sugestion for some diffrent sports? Thanks to whoever answers.

Well I do soccer. and it is an amazing sport. If you really open to anything i would defiantly suggest that. And Volly-ball. Those two are my favorites

Have you ever considered doing gymnastics? It's a beautiful sport and you are sure to get into great shape and become very flexible. It's very challenging but also very fun. I'm 16 and it's the sport i regret not following up on. You should watch some gymnasts like Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson on websites like youtube and i'm sure you'll be amazed! -Sarah

Well, some pretty popular ideas of sporting activities for girls include swimming, dancing, cheerleading (ick), and soccer. If your sister is only ten, I wouldn't reccomend football just yet. Think of things you are interested in. If you have a lot of energy and love to use it, try track. If you have a lot of grace and balance, try figure skating or ballet. As for your sister, she should try something like basketball, hockey, baseball, or soccer. I have a 10 yr. Old sis as well, and enjoys those activities.
