This question is more for the older ppl here, but if u know the answer, let me know whether u are older or not!

When I get older I'm looking in2 becoming like a news anchor person, or something along that lines. When I go 2 college, wut kinda degree would I need 2 get? I assume a certain degree in communications, but does any1 know if there is a certain degree in particular? Plz let me know! (link)
I used to be a broadcasting major at a community college. There used to be an emphasis on TV, but now it's just a radio thing. I know that Iowa State University (www.iastate.edu) has a fairly good TV program. You can check into it there!

ok, so i had this party at my house the other night and there was alot of like 21 year olds there. and i started talkin to this one guy, i talked to him for like 5 hours! hes awsome! hes 21 and im 13, and i know nothing seriouse coould ever happen but theres just something about him. i mean he works at ym dads work and everytime i go to my dads work i want to see him. i have a crush on him ya know, but is it ok to have a crush on someone 8 years older then you? (link)
It's okay to have a crush. Perhaps when you are older, it might work out. I've dated people as much as 26 years older than me. It all depends on people, not age. :)

omg ok i have to get my wisdom teeth pulled! I had mine out when I was 17. I had two of them impacted under the gum and two that were growing under my newly-straightented teeth, so they knocked me out and surgically removed them and a small part of my jaw bone. I think it only took a couple of hours, I woke up with a ton of gauze in my mouth, and I was tired but mostly fine. They gave me big pink pain killers, so that wasn't an issue. I had it done on a Wednesday in July and was back to normal by Saturday.

Chatspeak burns my eyes. How can I jump through my computer and kill people who use it? (link)
I just usually ignore the person who messages me, or make a point to use proper English. It pisses me off too!

how do u give oral to a guy????

~> confuses! (link)
I would say that if you don't know, you shouldn't do it. I would also say that it's sort of a natural thing, you just do what you feel like.

I am a 29 year old married woman with three kids. I just found out that I am pregnant and my husband and I have agreed that I would have an abortion because we couldn't afford to have another child. We are already struggling to raise our three kids. I am so confused and depressed right now. I am scheduled to have my abortion next week though. If I continue with this pregnancy that means I would have to stop working and money is really tight right now. We are actually living pay check to pay check right now. The other side of me wanted to continue having this child. And it really hurts me so that I have to do this. My family and his family would be so dissappointed if they learned I'm preganant and I doubt that they would be willing to help. If you were in my shoes, would you do the same thing? Am I wrong in doing this? (link)
I can sort of relate to what you are saying...I'm 24, unemployed and waiting to go back to school. If I were pregnant right now, I would keep the baby, but life would be a lot more difficult than it is now.

I hope you talked to someone...this isn't a decision to be made lightly. And the adoption idea is always a good one.

My parents were divorced about 7 years ago. I am in my 30s. I feel like the holidays are a job because we have to go so many different places in one day, and worst of all, eat.
I wish I could rent out 2 adjacent ballrooms and have Christmas. It stresses me out. I have tried saying, ok, your house for Thanksgiving and your house for Christmas. This year I made Thanksgiving dinner, but my father forgot or just didn't bother to care. I did visit him the Friday after, which was fun. Mom and brother did come. Brother is also making the grand rounds with his family.
How could this be easier other than purposefully being out of town? (link)
I am in basically the same situation. My mom is selfish and spiteful, and gets extremely angry when my brother and I talk about visiting my dad. (Which sucks for him, he kinda gets the shaft when it comes to me seeing him since I live two hours away.) What my mom has done this year, since my brother was married and now has a daughter, is do holidays on completely different days. We did Thanksgiving the Sunday before and we are doing Christmas the 21st. You could maybe suggest that, because it's not the specific day, it is getting together with your family and spending time with them, and being glad you are together and all that fun jazz.

Suggest it at least, and I don't know what else to tell you. I also have to go to my boyfriends parents as well...oy!

ok well im a female and im really curious about sex but i wont until im married so in order to pleasure myslf i have to finger myself but im not sure how to i mean i know im supposed to like put my finger in my hole but i dont get pleasure by diong that so what should i do and how should i finger myslf well how do i finger myself? (link)
Okay, God won't strike you down for touching yourself. Really. I'd have to say it's better than sex.

I would experiment with what feels good. There are some good sites you can Google on. It is all individual preference. :)

I'm doing an extreme makeover on myself this holiday break and I need to change my whole style, especially my clothes. I'm in highschool and I've been going there dressed up as though this was elementary school. I'm still suprised no one has ridiculed me for wearing overalls the other day. I'm 6 feet tall and I am not model thin. What styly could help? (link)
My cousin was really tall and she had a terrible time finding clothes that fit, especially pants. I know Spacefem is really tall too.

My advice would be to look at fashion sites online--not fancy, schmancy stuff, but casual stuff. Jeans might fit you from the men's department--they're usually comfier, from what I hear. Go for comfort. When you get older, the glitzy stuff you could get now will be less and less worn. Just go for what you feel comfy in, and as long as you like it! And maybe you'll get some cool clothes for Christmas! ;)

i've been best friends with my friend since kindergarden, in first grade she moved away, but we've still been best friends since. she has two other close friends who go to my school and i can tell they're a little jealous of us being best friends. Lately my best friend (let's call her Ella) has been hanging out with her other friend (let's call her Tina) because they're in the same hebrew school. now she always talks about tina! a couple of times i've given Ella one of those best friend necklaces, but she nver wore it, recently Tina gave her a best friend necklace and she wears it all the time, though Tina never wears hers. Tina also talks about Ella behind her back, which i've never done (except now). I don't want my best friend to be hurt. How can i tell her about Tina?
i also have another problem with Ella... i've recently joined marching band and it's loads of fun. when i try to tell her about band camp and stuff, she quickly changes the subject, this really annoys me. Also, at Ella's bat mitza, i walked in with two of her friends from school, as soon as she saw them, she ran up and hugged them, but only waved and said hi to me. i don't want to lose ella as a best friend, she's the closest thing to a sister. what should i do? *please help me!* (link)
I'm not that close to ANYONE I went to high school and elementary school anymore. (I'm 24.)

Unfortunately, people change, interests and lifestyles change, and sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. It really sucks that you aren't as close anymore, but at least you've had some good times together. I'm very happy with my friends now, and they aren't who I thought I'd be friends with years ago. So don't sweat it, it is sad, and hard, but when you drift away from one friend you usually find another.

But please tell me if u know what is causing this?!?!!?!? (link)
Water will always help anything. It keeps you hydrated and also helps get crap through you faster.

If your doctor doesen't find anything wrong, and you are still feeling poorly, go to another doctor. Nothing is worth feeling crappy! Also, don't worry about tests. No matter what, your mom will probably be there, and you will be okay. And if you feel better in the end, it's worth it!
