Hi I'm, 17/f and have been playing guitar for a while now.
I would really appreciate if anyone can suggest some songs which sound like 'Closing Time' by Semisonic, 'Glycerine' by Bush or 'Chemical Heart' by Grinspoon. These are the type of songs I would really like to learn more of and anything similar would be fantastic.

So i have been best freinds with this girl (erika) for 5 years, we have always been close, and we always have fun and i could always go to her for help, and trusted her, and believed she was a realy good friend, well last summer she realy betrayed me over and over again, but i mean we were best freinds and i love her - so i forgave her, because i believe in forgiveness . altthough inever realy felt the same with her( im not a lesbian lol) okay but i use to smoke, get high, and drinnk a few years back, and she didnt smoke, but now i have changed alot , and just stopped smoking, and getting high, and NOW she is geting high ALOT, like everyday and coming to school high and smoking in school, and to be honest i realy dnot like it, its wierd but i dontl ike being around her when she smokes , and its just kind of annoying, and she has cheated on her bf ( her x now) , and she acts like its nothing and i dont like that either, it seems like shes careless about EVERYTHING that would seem important to me -- im just confused of what to do..so any advice is appreciate (link)

ok so you know what shes going through you where there too and getting high can be really hard to stop i did never do that but people told me its hard so be a good friend and help her she will thank you for it,hope i helped

I call myself a Christian but i dont go to church. I have been trying to get my mom to take me, but it seems we never have the time. I always feel guilty for this and i know im not agnostic. ok so theres this guy that i like in my 2nd 3rd and 4th period classes. he sitts beside me inn all of them. in 2nd, he ALWAYS talks to me instead of his like best friend. then in 3rd, he is like a complete jerk and ignores me and is always telling me to shut up in front of his other friend. then in fourth, he talks to me like nothing just happened. im so confuseed...sometimes i get the feeling that he likes me and them like 10 mins later i feel like he hates me.

His brother said he would help me with contacting his friends and things but everything else is up to me.. One of my friends had an idea to do paintballing but it really doesn't sound like his style.

so i babysit this six year old 3 times a week.
he lies to me all the time about what he can and can't do.
one day he told me something he could do and his mother got mad at me.
i can tell she really doesn't like me now, but she has no one else to babysit for her.
her and her husband both smoke a lot.
when i come home from her house i REEK of ciggarette smoke.
it's disgusting.
i have to scrub myself in the shower to make the smell go away.
but it's still stuck in my jacket, so i smell it everyday.
one day i had my boyfriend pick me up and he was gagging on the smell.
the mother and her husband are both getting new jobs and i'm also afraid i'm going to have later hours, which just can't happen.
it's already effecting my grades because i'm always so tired after.
i just don't know what to do.
i'm one of those people that feel guilty about everything too.

I've known him since 7th grade and he used to CRACK me up! So anyways we instant message each other everyday and as soon as he signs on he messages me! Awhile ago I liked him a little bit but I wouldn't tell him because I knew it was just a temporary crush. Well he speaks spanish fluently and I just take it at school. It came up so I told him I was "raw" at spanish (hahaha) and he said ok lets try. So he starts out "why are you so retarded?" (we act REALLY silly together) then "what's my name?" then "why are we just friends?" then he says "do you have a boyfriend?" I said no. Then "why not, you're pretty." So i really like this guy, lets call him Sam. We have been best friends for 3 years and he is amazing. We both found out we hav liked eachother a ton and both got super desperate for each other. We kissed once and then we decided we had to be gf/bf. So we have been dating for almost 2 months now and the first 2 weeks were great. He wanted to hold my hand and put his arm around me and asked me out on the weekends.
