Q: i just need a way to shed a few poundsim 13/m like 118 pounds 5'5 i know it doesnt sound bad but i want to be able to see my abs like i can see them but not good i just wanna loose some body fat in the stomach area

well you are very small already for your height.. so don't try anything extreme like crash dieting or weight loss pills. i would say just the normal crunches and jogging daily and maybe eat less junk food and more fruits & vegatables.. but for your size it sounds like just doing about 25 crunches every day for a few weeks would do the job.. and maybe cutting out a snack or dessert every once an a while.

Q: Ok im 14, 15 in 2 weeks, is it normal that i still hwear a 34A? Everyone of my friends has bigger boobs than i do and when im around them i feel like i dont belong and when were around guys they arent looking at me just because i dont have big boobs. Are they just taking longer to grow. or have i stopped growing and this is how theyre going to stay?

join the club. im 14 also.. soon to be 15 and i am a 34 A. it sucks having to know that i am smaller than a lot of my friends.. but it doesnt really effect guys too much. most guys dont look down upon girls who have smaller boobs.. having big breasts is just like a plus. but anyways theres nothing really to do about it so dont worry.. and no they may not have stopped growing.. they just may not have started really growing yet.. but sooner or later they will have to .. they may just be taking longer than other peoples.*

Q: Okay tonight i was suposed to go see a movie with my boyfriend and some of his friends. By the way Im 15 and hes 16. The movie was rated R and I told him to get his parents to go ahead and get them in advance. But he didnt take my advice we get there and we buy tickets to another movie. Well then the movie i wanted to see ... they were checking ticket. Now Im pissed because I really wanted to see this movie and Me & my bf were the only 2 who didnt get in. He should have listened to me right??

I dont think you should be too upset. because boys are stubborn they need to learn things for themselves, and they wont listen to you even if you know what your saying is correct. If you really are very upset about this whole thing than i reccomend talking to him and be like well i asked to to have your frends get them in advance and you didnt listen to me.. maybe next time i ask you to do sometrhing for the better you will listen to me.. dont be mean about it just maybe even say it in a joking manner like your kidding.. but he will know that yeah he should listen to you next time.

Q: My boyfriend and I broke up almost 2 months ago. We went out for 2 and a half years (I am almost 21 and he is 22). I thought I was over him but I realized I still love him. He says he doesn't love me in a romantic way anymore, just as a friend (we are still best friends, the breakup was mutual). We had broken up because we argued alot, but never about anything serious. I realized now that I love him still and I want to get back together with him. We had something great (and we still do) and he even says it was the best two and a half years of his life. He says he doesn't want to be with anyone right now but nothing much has changed since we broke up (we hang out all the time and everything, we just aren't intimate). I want him back so badly because he makes me so happy, he can make me laugh when I am sad. I don't know what to do. I can't get over him (I don't want to either, I want to be with him again) because I love him so much and it hurts to think of him with someone else. What should I do? What do you think about the whole situation?

I'm very sorry that you guys had such a long relationship that ended so suddenly, its horrible when things like that happen. But i suggest that you tell him how you feel. If he doesnt know, how will he do anything about it? If he at least knows you still have strong feelings for him & you miss how things used to be, then he might think about it and see that he still has feelings for you too. Most people who have long relationships especially in your circumstances for 2 & a half years.. dont just get over someone that easy, i would bet that he still has some kind of feelings for you deep in his heart and you telling him that you still love him will make it easier for him to see that.

Q: Every month when I get my period I never know when its coming so I almost ALWAYS stain my underwear. Is there anyway I can stop this or figure out when its going to come?

some people get cramps like a week before their period comes.. some people get it the day before.. you need to learn to read your bodys signs.. so take mind notes of about when you get cramps and how long after that you get your period. make notes on the calander or something that say when you get it and when it ends.. then count a month from then & keep track.. you will be much more ready for when it comes if you are keeping track of the days and you know how to read your body.

Q: i was wondering where can i get the old ipod? because i dont want a nano and i dont really want to pay for the video ones

and are they worth it.. because ive heard good and bad from people

i dont know what you mean by the "old ipod" they have plain ipod regular like the one i have.. or they have ipod mini's.. both are great ipods.. but the mini ipods have been discontinued.. but when i went to the Apple store they had some left in the back room so.. if you want you can check that or you can still buy the regular ones.. the one i have holds 5000 songs and cost $300.00.. and its one of the regular 20gb ones.. the ipod minis cost 200 dollars i believe.. and hold 1000 songs. so yeah or you could check out the apple website..

Q: One of my friends has been with her bf for ever it seems like. A few years. Anyway, they are in a tuff spot right now and possibly heading toward a break up.

Ive never been w/ a guy for 2-3 years so Im far from knowing how she feels. All i would like to do is be there for her.

Any suggestions to how I can help w/o butting in to there relationship?

i would say just give her advice about what to do.. but dont be nosy and dont ask too many questions about her relationship.. especially if it hurts her too much to talk abuot it.. you shold just tell her over and over again that you ARE there for her when she needs a shoulder to lean on or someone to talk to about things. Talk to her about her life & try to compare it to things in your life.. try to make her happy also by making her laugh or hanging out with her more.. its hard to be sad & depressed when your with a friend cheering you up

Q: Okay, Why do guys care so much about a girls weight? Like skinny isnt in right now..and yeah thats a fact if ya believe it or not..most guys want meat on their girls bodies but why would they care? Like, I want a fit guy but a want some meat on him..i dont want him to be all ugh. I just wanna kno why they care!!??

no one will ever understand why guys think the way they do.. it like a public opinion that they follow.. if they say thin is in.. then thats what they think also and all go for the thin girls.. and even if girls know that skin isnt really "in" anymore it will take a while for guys to understand that.. i would say just find one of the few real good guys out there who dont care about a girls weight and care much more about personality..

not so much.. you dont really know who the person is you are talking to.. it could be a 50 year old male child rapist.. if you know the person personally or a close trustworthy friend of yours has seen this person before and knows him, then he MAY be safer.. but if its just a random stranger who IMed you and you started liking and no one knows who he is.. then it is probably not safe.. and it also probably wont work.. because how do you go out with someone you never see, never talk to in person, never hang out with.. i would say just stay away from online relationships.
