Well, i had the same problem..my mom and my dad are divorced so one weekend, i had enough of everything she did to me, so i told my dad when i went with him one weekend that i wasnt going to back with her..and he took her to court and everything and now i get to live with my dad and i dont have anything to do with that family...which is unfourtuante sometimes and i miss her like crazy, but it was the best thing to do..if that doesnt work then try to get someone to take you to a police station and you can show them bruises or marks from her and they will take care of it..i mean, is there anyone is your family that knows about this? If they do, get them to take you..hope i helped and things get better.

why is april 20th national pot day? kids got arrested at my school today and they had drug searches in the parking lot. i didn't know it was a "holiday" though until this past monday...what's so signifigant about the date? why is this national pot day? thanks! (link)

haha im also stumped on that question..all i know is that the school makes a big thing about it and everyone says that that night they're going to light up, but if ya ask me, thats just crazy and stupid!! lol If you ever find out why, let me know :-)

This summer, this girl moved across the street from me. It's been six months and we've been best friends ever since. For the past month or two she has been annoying me and we get into arguements like every day. She copies everything everyone does... it's likes she can't even be herself. she just doesnt know how to fit in so the people she thinks is cool, she copies hoping she'll fit in with all of you..just talk to her and tell her to be herself and people would like her better that way instead of copying everyone.

omg one of my best friends is getting on my nerves. ok well her other best friend that isnt really close to me was getting on our nerves cuz she was following abbey (best friend) everywhere. and she always had to be the center of attention. then me and my friend started ignorring her and it made me loose alot of friends. now abbey is friends again with her...and i really dont want to loose abbey but what if she does that to me? i really need some help . Just try to get a long with everyone and tolerate them b/c people are cruel and will get you back by making things up and turning people against you. Just try to get along with them, or maybe all get together talk and tell her to calm down. Being friends, you need to be able to talk about those kinds of things.

okay, my mom has a bf ( who i have no problem with) and he has 2 kids. one of which is my age, hes a guy. my brother likes to ruin my life, so whenever matt is here (his kid) my brother tells him i like him!! he nva believes it but its still wierd when im around him. is it going to be wierd when we move in together? and if any one is a step anything is it hard to form the family?? well, if you're really set on a long-term relationship, then i say stay with him..dont let 1 grade and different school split you up, but i think when you get into high school, you'll notice a difference and want to meet new people, you know, more for you and in the same school. But if you really like him, then dont let anything come between you

you need to determine which guy you like better..you should just go out with jake or tom and then realize that you like the other guy better and wish you went out with him. Then you'll break his heart and maybe yours. Give it time!! Hope i helped

I think you're too young for a long term b/f yet..i have had a lot of b/f's in the past when i was about your age and people (including yourself) only end up getting hurt. I'm not saying you should quit seeing this boy, but i'm not sure if you should get serious yet. Keep in touch and think about being more serious in 10 or 11 grade.

I want to stop biting my nails but I don't know how to. I've tried before and it never seems to work out. My mom tells me to sit on my hands but that doesn't work. I've tried chewing gum and yet I still bite them and my nails are too short to paint. I've even got my nails done before and when I take the fake nails off and my real ones are long they just break off. Any suggestions? (link)

I think you should tell him how you feel because now that your older, you have both grown up so if you would get into another relationship it could last.
