Q: Ok im not extremely overweight but i am fat. im 15 years old and i weigh more than 145 pounds.. ive been excersizing alot and ive actually lost about 15pounds but, my stomach wont seem to shrink. i do 500 crunches a day, and other things but it still wont budge. im on an ok diet if that counts. i can suck my stomach in alot to make me skinner but when im not i get HUGE.. please help im tired of being fat and ugly.. is it possible to get lipo? or some kind of surgery like that? and what kind of excersises can i do?

Well im in the same boat my friend, Im not sure how uch i wiegh but heres my advise. Well theres a super secret actorstrick to losing wieght, do sit ups before bed, lots of them. Push the limit on all your excersing just dont hurt yourslef.I walk around my block everyday pretty much intl it hurts in them some. well Ive lost wiehgt doing this im mean my man boobs must be like a A from a c cup now. LOL. YOu shoudnt call yourself ugly dont worry about it, just be out there and happy i mean who cares what people think about you. Live your life up beacuse tommorro you might be dead. Thats my philosophy. And tell yu the truth I dont know if you can get sugry at 15.

Q: does pantene make something to prevent splitends when you straighten your hair?

Well im not sure But i know for most hair it works. Ive seen it turn frizzy grungy hair buetiful. I highly recommend it.

Q: i hate my hair like so much! its wavy and frizzy and i usually straighten it with an iron, but lately ive been wanting to change it and give my ahir a break. i want to know:

1. whats a good hair product to use when you straigten your hiar with a straightening iron so you dont get split ends?

2. are there any othe hairstlyes i can use that dont take much time?

Well first off all I love Pantene Products there the best, excepcially when experminting with your hair. Just do as you want what make you feal happy. Wear a paint brush in it if you want what ever works.

Q: okay so theres this kid who really likes me and has asked me out so many times and each time i have politely said no, but lately he wont quit and keeps on asking me and asking me sometimes more than once a day! how do i tell him to stop asking me without being completely rude?

Well this is simple, just tell him you do not like him and you would appreciate it if he would stop. d sya any of that its not you its me crap. But if you have to just flat out tell him I dont like you so leave me alone please and if he keeps its up hes probably a stalker so um thats when you should probbaly you know tell soemone. LOL

Q: My best friend really has changed. We both moved into this new neighborhood, me a bit before her. I was very shy, and she wasnt. I was her firt friend here, and soon we became best friends. Thnx to her I started going out more, and we made a lot of friends in the park and stuff. But lately she's been leaving me out. She calls me to go to the park, and as soon as we get der, and she sees the guy she likes she ditches me. She's changed, and lately I've been feeling like she uses me only when she needs me. And I've told her, but she still doesnt change.I was never good at interacting, so she changed me for the good. And I've become kinda dependant on her. Now I feel like if I was blind, then they give me the gift of sight, then they take it away.It just sucks that she's starting to ignore me when I've become to used to her.And I dont know if I should just move on like she's apparently doing.

Well, if i was you I'd suprise her. I'd go out and become even more social than her. First i'd confront her and talk to her, find out her deal. If you do not agree with her then just go out grab someone you know or dont know and start socializing. Just dont do anything crazy.

Yeah.. that subject was REALLY retarded. But yeah.. ok.. my LOVING boyfriend and I have been going out since July 8th & he's really sweet & all & I know he loves me because he tells me all the time & like.. I just DONT want that right now. Well let me tell you this strait off he may be sweet but remeber whats on every 15 year old boy mid. SEX!! And i would no im 14 turning 15. Just tell him how you feal that yuo dont want anything serious and then gently brake up with him. If he gets hburt at least he will no the truth. Not being truthfull with him is hurting him.

Q: I kinda liked/like this guy in my class. He's so nice and were deff like really close friends were always laughing and joking and I thought I just liked him as a friend, but he's such a good guy I can totally see myself being more then friends with him. We talk everyday, he leaves me myspace comments, messages me, texts me, and we have a bunch of jokes together.
Well, turns out, my step brother heard about me sorta liking this guy, and he asked him about me. My bro said when he asked him he was like smiling and stuff and that he might like me, but he wasn't sure so not to get my hopes up.

Well ask him. I know it seems hard but it really isnt. IT sounds too me he does like you. I'd go for it and if he dosn't well then he dosen't, if he is a true friend then he wont just abbandone you.

Q: I don't even know if I should be worrying about this...but I've been at a new public middle school for four months now. I have eight friends that I hang out with, and the rest are people I say "hi" to. I'm a really shy person, and I know that's part of my problem. How do I get those people that I just say "hi" to as my true friends? And I'm afraid that I ever try to hang out with these friends they'll think I'm weird or something. I keep getting nervous that I'll never really gain these true friends. I don't want to be forever that new girl that nobody knows or cares about. Please help, I rate fives.

Well, the facts are that it's extremely hard to find true friends. If these people think your wierd than their not your true friends. I started hanging out with some friends when I first went in to high schoo they excepted that I was wierd so if you are then they just have to get over and accept you for who you are now get out there and make friends.
