Whenever my boyfriend comes over, we usually aren't allowed in the house (my parents are strict), and we usually end up hanging out at the park, but there's not much to do.. we can't drive anywhere yet, and my parents don't trust us with much.. It usually gets boring. What can I do to liven things up and make things less boring? (link)

...just kidding. I don't know, you both are still pretty young. Your parents also have every right not to allow a 14 year old girl and her boyfriend in a house together. You should just enjoy the time you spend with him, and respect what your parents tell you. Gaining their respect will get you more provledges later on, and you wont end up with these problems.

my best friend hates me!! we were best friends and now she always has plans when i ask if she wants to do something and she flips out over everything that she doesnt like. i asked her if she was mad at me and she totally flipped out! i really cant live without her and its only been a day. please help. what can i do to make her love me again? You need to tell her that her attitude is pissing you off. If she can't understand that, then forget about her. No friendship is a lot better than a bad friendship. Find someone who doesn't flip out, and all shall be better.

Whatever, you asked for advice on what to do about a best friend who flips out. If you wanna be dumb about it, and continue to hang out with her acting that way, go ahead.

Okay so there's alot of ways to get over an X-BF, but how do you just get over a guy -who's done nothing to youy. Hes like the sweetest guy ever, who would do anything for me. So dont tell me to focus on his bad traits cause he doesnt have any. But i still want to get over him..cause there's too much temptation with him. He doesnt presure me or anything..its my own body. w/e i dont know :S i just wanna get over him..but how do i do this when there's no actual reason to get over him. He hasnt done anything bad to me..but dont try to convince me to stay with him. Caue i know that i need to break up with him, but its hard you know.. and its not like i have any other guy that i can use to get my mind off of him..so what do i do?

It seems silly that you'd want to get away from someone you practically defined as perfect, but here's what I'd do. Just cut yourself away from him, compeltely. Go cold turkey on him. If you try and still spend time with him, it'll never break away. It's not going to be easy, but all you can do is keep going at it.

I need to buy a laptop for use a university. I hate Microsoft, so I'm trying to avoid models with a Windows OS. I guess this leaves me with Apple, so what model should I go for? I'll need it for the internet, storing pictures and writing essays. Money is not really an object, but a price below £1000 would be good. I'd like it to be fast enough to run a fairly graphics-heavy game. If you could also recommend some features that I should look out for (like graphics cards and virus checkers), that would be great too.
I am in the UK, btw, so the laptop market here might be a bit different from the US one (ie different models and companies).

If you want to play games, I'd make sure that the game you want is Apple compatible, as most games aren't.

Girls in general need to stop getting crushes on guys that go after their friends. She obviously doesn't like him that much if she has to think about it, so if he goes after you, then I'm pretty sure it's fair game.

It changes from guy to guy. Something I think is a turn on might not interest another guy. There isn't really a standard, so there isn't much help that can be given.
Here's some more advice: Before you go giving crappy feedback to someone, you should consider the question you asked. There seriously isn't any one single thing a girl can do to physically turn a guy on, it's like asking what CD should you buy for your random friend. I could have told you to take pictures of your feet, some guys like that. I could have said a million different things, and none of them would have worked.

OK, so I'm average height, average weight. My best best best best friend is this girl, let's call her Patricia. Well Patricia told my other friend "Lucy" that I was thinking of wearing a leotard for halloween, and that I would look fat in it.
Patricia doesn't know I know she said that, but Lucy told me. I'm scared to talk about it with Patricia because we have such a good time together and we see each other alot, but its kind of eating me up inside. She knows im sensitive to this subject because I was chubbier when I was younger.

Not all people were meant for all types of clothes. Patricia probably didn't mean for it to be mean, but being of "average" weight the leotard might still be too tight for you. You could bring it up with her, but why cause drama? I think you either just need to get a different Halloween costume, or don't listen to what others think.

hi i think im beginning to have a crush on this boy Michael, Michael is a senior and I am a sophmore, I met Michael last year when my cousin who was a senior last year took me to a party at his house, it was in the winter and very snowy and we drank s we stayed there. everyone was downstairs playing beerpong and i was in his living room tired, about to passout and he sat on the other couch and talked to me, hes just naturally a really nice yet really popular kid. so yeah in school he usually makes eye contact with me but we havent really talked since last feb/march? so i went to the football game with a bunch of people and i saw him on the bus and he was lookin at me ( well i think) and so somehow i had balls today and IMed him saying "nice game last night" and he said "thanks, i still couldnt play though" and i said ohh yeah.. then we didnt talk and i dont want to IM him again, and he obviously knows who i am ( my sn basically says my name) i want him to kind of get the feeling i like him (rmember we dont talk) what should i do when i see him in the halls at school? thankss (link)

Being nervous and afraid gets you nowhere in life. You need to step it up and start actually talking to him. He's never going to get the picture if you avoid conversation with him, so just "get those balls" and get to know him. If you don't, be prepared to see him taken away by another girl.

You have to learn sometime. If you go your entire life not frenching back, how will you ever learn it? He seems to know that you don't know, and if he really likes you he'll respect that you don't know how to.
