I know exactly what your going through.If you know you need to stop then its gonna take some time.And you have to try your hardest to stop.Yeah it will be very complicated.First off,all of your stress and problems need to in a journal so you don't take it out on yourself.And you most deffinatley need to take all your sharp objects (scissors,razors,knives etc...)out away from you.That way you can not touch them.There are a few websites that you can go to.If you have any questions just ask...HOPE I HELPED!

when you have your period, is it bad to jump. for example, pole vaulting, high jumping, etc. because thats like MY LIFE !! thank you. bye !!

Actually things like that are better when your on your period.It helps with the whole cramp thing.But when your pole vaulting and high jumping you should wear a tampon for comfort,thats just my opinion.Just keep doin what you love...don't let mother nature get in the way of that...! Hope i helped.

I had my period for two years not and it still doesnt come every month. Like when i do sports i never have it but over the summer i have. Is this normal? Im a 14/f. I asked my mom and she says its normal but my friends started last year and they have theirs every month. Do i need to get it chech or am I worring about nothing.

Yes, it's normal. The first 3-4 years you get your period it will not come time. Also, when you are into alot of activities, it can delay your period.So what your going through is very normal ! Anytime !

My boyfriend and I have been dating 3 months. We both have decided that we're not going to throw around the word 'love'. Seeing as most 14 year old couples do. So this is what we do..

When we do say i love you, we agreed we should only say it when we feel the moment is suitable, but we both know that when we say it we mean 'like is too small of a word, but love might be too strong of a word'

Other times we just say like 'I like you a whole lot', but we both know it's not just a normal 'crush' kinda of like.
Do you understand what I mean?

NO i do not think it is a stupid way of puting your relationship. It seems like you two have very strong feelings for eachother but not strong enough to use the word love,only at appropreate times .
