The exact same thing applies to me in algebra. Here's what my boyfriend told me:
"If you don't do your homework, you are going to fail. Do you know what that means? It means you will have two options. Option one will be to go to summer school, meaning you won't have a break from school. Option two will be to have an awesome summer, but be extra bummed at the end because when you go back to school you will be with annoying [little kids] and you won't be with your friends. I suggest you best get with the program, sista!"
Try something to that extent.
Homework sucks, sometimes a break it good, but you have to know when to get back to work

Stay away from sugar.
Sugar is yurm, but the root of all evil when it comes to singing. Also, dairy will give you lots of phlem, use little of that. Drink lots of water. Don't try to reach for anything out of your range, and don't over-sing it close to the time you really need it. Good luck.

Try some mirical grow.
Maybe if in a month or so it isn't making any progress, it might be time to move on. Give the ferny a proper burial somewhere, and maybe buy another.

I am 13 and tottaly confused because all my friends say this guy... likes me. but i don't think so! how do i know! cause i really like him too! And everyone at our lunch table is like all you guys do is flirt! I don't think we do unless i'm just not paying attention to it or something! I don't know if he likes me.

Well there's only one way to find out:
Ask him.
You don't even have to ask straight out, you can just be like "Hey, who do you like? I won't tell anyone!" and if he won't tell you, there's something. This is how my current boyfriend and I were last year before we started going out.
So ask him who he likes, and maybe say something along the lines of "Well I heard a rumor that you liked me."
