Remember, if they are good teachers, the didn't want to give you that F. They'll help you, but they need to know you want them to. :)

i am in 8th grade. and i am not doing VERy good in school. on my report card i got 2 F's! my mom is taking my phone, comp. after school act. away from me if i dnt get that up! what should i do??!!!

ok, i'm not ugly, but i'm not exactly beautiful. does anyone know if there's a way to make me look and FEEL prettier? and by "pretty" i dont mean "slutty"

I've been there, sweetie, so I'll tell you what helps me. I'm a poor college student, too, so things really don't cost that much. ;)

Being able to look at yourself and say "COOL!" really does help self esteem. So you can...

Hang out with people who don't put you down. Very important.

Start some light exercise if you already don't. Not only will you feel better, you'll be making your body healthier.

Buy a nice new shirt, pants, shoes, or a whole outfit. Find something that makes you feel pretty. Or take some of your old clothes, get crafty and spice them up! Be you!

Get your nails done. It can make you feel like a queen.

A little light makeup is nothing to be ashamed of and doesn't make you a whore. Some light eye shadow can do wonders and can be really quick and easy to wear and put on.

And for a booster, throw in a nice, warm bubble bath. :)

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 9 months now and as we all know Valentines Day is really soon but i cant seem to figure out what to get him, i dont want to get hime like cologne or jewlery or clothes, something diffrent but i can't figure it out and i really need to figure out soon, can someone please help me out PLEASE

i've known this guy that i am dating for a really long time, and i like him so much. but it feels so odd when we kiss, because it feels as if i'm kissing someone like my brother. anybody have some advice?

Try to close your eyes and relax when you kiss him. Try to also think of him in a different light. Don't think, 'he's like my brother!' think of him more as "he's my best friend," "my protector," or "my favorite."

And don't scrape a relationship based on the fact that kisses feel odd right now. If you two have been together a long time and are close, things will come naturally with time.

My dad is always playing halo 2 on X-box live and lately he has been acting like the teenagers on there and he is 38 years old. And today he asked me to do something and when I did it, it was wrong and he said he was going to beat my ass. and I said do it and i will call the cops and he said call them now so they can take you away bitch. and that mad me so sad and I am crying right now and before he played halo he was so nice but now I hate him but when he isnt playing it he is nice sometimes and he yells at me all the time. I tell him all the time about I dont like him becuz of halo and hes is like the game isnt changing me..BUT IT IS...

i told this guy i liked him and he told me he likes me. well we are unable to go out cause of his grades in school and because he can't have a gf right now.but today was weird cause i got something on my shirt and he wanted me to take it off. and then he put his hand almost all the way up my shirt. what does this mean?! he did that so i pulled on his boxes and i think he liked it. this is definitely flirting i know it!

That's a little bit more then flirting. Dear, most likely if he wants to get his hands in your shirt that fast, he's not thinking about you, he's thinking about your body. Be careful, because they are the type to most likely the type to break your heart once he gets what he wants.
