I have a lot of debt (long story) including some that are now on my credit report. I am near bankruptcy, although I am not seriously considering it at this time.
I was wondering, if I had extra money to pay off debts, which should come first?
Current credit card debts - because the average interest is about 20%
Student loans - although the interest is low (around 5%) this can never be included in bankruptcy.
Car loans - although the interest is lower than credit cards, your car can be reposessed and a car is essential if you want to be employed.
Bad debts on the credit report - they have given up trying to get me to pay. If I pay these, my credit rating will improve, but at this point there is probably not much advantage.
Save money instead of paying debets - I can see saving for an emergency, but I think there is not much point in this situation.

your best bet is to talk to a financial advisor, your bank will usually have one of these you can talk to, they will not onlyprioritise your debts but also help you set up stratagys in which to get them paid and help you to not get in the same situation again.

yes, u can get pregnant at any time whether our on your period or not, it makes no difference.

Find out what there interests are and do some research,but dont go overboard just learn enough to know what you are talking about but still be able to ask a few questions, after all asking a question about something is a great ice breaker and as long as you appear interested in what they say they'll be all yours ;)

It really depends on the boy, sometimes they're completly obviously and sometimes you just cant tell. There are alsorts of signs he could give youand body language is probably the best thing to look out for because it's not something he can hide. Touching your arm or brushing up to you etc He may seem nervous in your prescence, and many many more.

My boyfriend will not be getting me a chritmas gift this Christmas. I have already purchased his gift and given it to him because he needed it early (an expensive snowboarding coat). I am trying not to be upset. Times are tough, money's tight, the problem is he spent $200 on his mom's CD player, and bought his dad a forutne in hunting gear and we went out all weekend and he had no money problems then. Sunday we went shopping and he mentioned that he looked at his account and he's going to have to write a bad check so that he get his sister a gift. I told him not to worry about me, he says he's really sorry (he's really beating himself up over it) and that he'll get me something great the next paycheck, which won't be until January 5th. Am I being stupid and girly because my feelings are hurt? (link)

its perfectly normal to be upset, especially when hes made every effort to get everyone else their gifts, however as you told him its a problem he may honestly believe you dont mind. You have two options, tell him how u really feel and possibly make him feel even worse or wait till his next paycheck and make him get you something really extra special to make up for it!

Here's the situation:
I am a Baptist. My in-laws and my husband are Methodists. My husband and I attend a Baptist church. Under most circumstances, I don't pay attention to denominational differences, because I think we're all going to the same place anyway.
The problem is that my in laws, especially my mother-in-law, have made it clear that they don't like the fact that we're going to the "wrong" church. Earlier we even suggested that they could come to church on Christmas Eve with us, and my mother-in-law burst into tears and ran out of the room.
Evidently, the fact that I am not a Methodist offends them deeply. I don't want to join a different church just to please them, though. Any thoughts on what to do that doesn't involve hurting everyone's feelings? (link)

The main thing you need to do is sit down and have a calm sensible talk with them. Firstly tell them that you dont want to offend anyone and just want everyone to get along. Explain that you are who you are and thats not going to change but be willing to compromise, perhaps there are some times when you can go to a baptist church and others to a methodist (as a family im talking about) you dont have to listen to what is being preached but it will make them see that you care for their happiness and are willing to do to something about the rift as long as they are willing to do the same in return. I know how you feel in this sitiuation as i am in a simular one myself between myself and my inlaws and found the best way is to just ocmpromise and bring it up as little as possible!

make sure you really want this and if so let your boyfriend know that you're absolutly sure and then take things from there. Communication is the key :)

How can I get people to stop overselling my talents? My supervisor's been calling me a borderline genius in public and I'm really not. Someone's going to give me a herculean task that I'm not up to and it's going to be all his fault.
That and I could swear I'm getting dirty looks from my co-workers.

What you need to do is talk to your supervisor, take him/her to one side and tell them your concerns. It could be they dont realise what they are saying and what position they are putting you in.

Im not sure how it works in the usa but here in the uk you usually have to see either a doctor or go to a family planning clinic, both of which are completly confidential but the best option if you are afraid of people knowing you is the family planning clinic, perhaps in the next town? You need to get them from here because they need to check up on your medical history and check your blood pressure every few months to make sure you recieve the right pill for you and that you dont become ill.

A Dad's Bad Day!!!
It was late saturday night,
when you turned on the light,
you sat by my bed,
and all I felt was dread,
I knew something had happened,
but wut I did not know what,
then you started to speak,
and then I knew,
I didnt want to believe I thought you lied,
but then you showed me where she layed,
on the ground in her home,
to what her dad had done,
She was so cold with pure love in her eyes,
I should of done more,
but she said "No its alright he didnt do it" as she stared at the sky,
this wasnt the first time she had marks to bare,
But she would say "Ooh that was Bear",
but how could a dog brusie her that bad,
The thought of this accident it seemed so sad,
As we stand above her body,
We now start looking for Mr. Nobody,
We found out he skipped town,
Now where do we look now?,
Its such a shame,
for a girl to pay,
for what her dad did because he had a bad day. (link)

Without knowing much about you its hard to tell you want the poem means. My main concern would be to ask, are you the girl in the poem? Has something happened now or in you past with your father? My advice to you is to talk to someone like a counsellor or the samaritans who can help you work through what is obviously coming through your poems.

Nobody can tell you where to pierce next other than yourself, cuz in the end if you dont pick you may end up regretting it. But i think the main qustion is why do you want another anyway?
Another option is to get some rare earth magnets and try piercing your nose, lips etc temporarily and if you like then go ahead.
