My dream is to become a singer. I'm a singer and songwriter and I just am dying to get discovered. I don't know what to do I've been singing in places getting noticed and such but the right people don't come to me I don't know I've heard I'm really good. I made a demo and I really want to send it to recording labels that are accepting submissions but I looked everywhere and can't find them. Can you guys help this girl out? I've tried everything. The only website that gives you recording labels is taxi.com but its 300 a year. And my dad says that's wayy to much I agree. Most of the websites are that way to join you have to pay a fee. So can someone help me find recording labels looking for new artists. My genre is pop, pop rock, punk a little bit of each. Thankyou sooo much I really appreciate it!

I was surprised when I came across this question, lol. Well seeing that I'm half oriental, so I would have to say.... no. That is entirely untrue and as far as I can see, they're all shaped the same way only with slight unsignificant differences. Haha. :)

So today out of nowhere my left eye started to hurt. It's mostly when I move it into a certain direction.. like all the way to the left, straight up or all the way to the right.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?
I don't have any history of bad eyesight, too much tv or anything like that. (link)

You're probably just strained a muslc in your eye. Try to relax it as much as possible. If your eye begins to swell up, use a cold pack.

what can i do to make both of my infected pierced ears heal?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! i am like afriad that i will have to go through surgery or something. the earing is embeded in my ear and i ca't take it out! help!!! (link)

Definitely see someone to take it out. I suggest you rub alcohol on your ears. If you symptoms get any worse, consult a doctor.

im 15, im american! And i am hairy!! Its really ugh! i dont like it! my legs are hairy, my stomach is hairy. thats about it! my stomach and legs! i hate it! i trie everything and it keeps coming back! I wish i can get rid of it forever! im the only one in the family with this problem, and IM AMERICAN! im white! im from new york city! i dont know why i have this problem! i wanna get rid of it. i want it goooone!!

Hmmm, try a balding solution, lol. Nahhh, get a prescription from a doctor on how to treat your hairyness. Gah, do not try bleach. You could cause permanent damage to your skin.

ok have any of you ever started talking to someone, and suddenly you feel nervous and you dont know whether to smile at them because for fear of looking creepy or to remain having a "serious face" for fear of looking unfriendly, so instead your lips and face start twitching and then you get so embarrassed you cant think and you feel like looking away or putting your hand over your mouth but you cant bc the person is talking to you?
well, that happened to me all day today and its been happening a lot to me lately, so i was wondering do any of you know if there is some deeper reason for it happening?
ahh this question might sound confusing to some of you i know, i know..but if you have an idea of what im talking about, some advice on this subject will be appreciated. (i dont know what im asking anymore lol)
i guess im asking whether i should smile or just remain stoic. and also why i act this way. and how to stop it. (dont say "just dont focus on it" becase its hard not to focus on it when its what the person youre talking to is looking at) thank you. (link)

Haha, this has happened to me loads of times. Sounds kinda like you're shy, but definitely smile when you get the chance. A single smile enhances the entire atmosphere where your conversation is taking place. Don't be afraid to express yourself and most of all; BE YOURSELF.

Most likely yes. The period cycle ranges from 3-8 days. Defintely pack some pads or tampons for the trip, though. >.<

Aw, they're just being bullies; maybe they're jealous, who knows? I suggest you ignore any trash talk you hear about your bf. Sounds like he's a really nice person. Go with the flow. You can't exactly stop other people from teasing him, but you can absolutely stand up for him. And if that's his best friend..... tell your bf to stop hanging around with him. You seem like a loyal, unbiased person. I know you'll do what's right.

Awwhe!! It has to peel off eventually by the way. You wouldn't look very nice with old skin protruging here and there. I suggest that you keep using Solarcaine. I don't know if there are any products to stop it from peeling though.

It's not about the clothes you wear, but about your PERSONALITY. Be yourself and wear what you want. That's what makes us all unique. Don't try to impress guys or your friends. If they really liked you, they would like you for who you are and not for what you wear.

i get really oily skin, is there any home remedies that could make it better? I have bought som products but is there anything else i can do? Because once it gets oily, it is just attracted to dirt and i end up with pimples all over my nose (link)

Don't come into acquaintence with greasy products. Whether it's food, face creams, or any other moisturizing products. Try to avoid damp or sticky climate conditions.
KEEP YOURSELF CLEAN!
Throughly wash yourself when taking baths or showers. Try washing your face often as well.

Ok... Here's my problem. It's probably one of the more stupid questions on the site but here it goes. My parents and I get along for the most part, but my whole life I've grown up in a very ultra liberal open-minded union house hold. But the problem is I'm starting to question the beliefs I've grown up on. For example; The Patriot Act, parts of it I agree with like scanning people's e-mails for potential hazardous situations that could occur. Or even the whole death penalty issue... I'm so scared to open up to my parents on an issue like this. Like if I told them I was a lesbian; which I'm not, they would probably be more okay with that then to hear I could possibly be turning more moderate. Like there's things I agree and disagree with on both sides. But it's like there always talking politics and I feel like I'm lying to myself and to them saying that I completely agree with them. Like my dad has even said that the only way I could rebel is to become a republican, but I'm not questioning things because of that... How should I approach this situation? Please help me. Any advice you guys could give me I would be so greatful for. (link)

Believe what you want to believe. We all have our questions about life and its different situations. And it's perfectly fine to try to discuss our questions with family/friends/etc. Don't be a hypocrite. Ask your questions. If you don't agree on something, say religion; then you don't agree with it. Don't be afraid to be skeptical at first. It all comes down to you; the adherent in the end.

So i have an amazing boyfriend who i'd never dump. He's out side of my school (goes to a different one) and we see eachother over weekends. We've been going out now for about a month.
We've hugged and kissed (like a peck on the lips) and now i think he wants to go further like a pull (snog) kinda thing (fair enough).
I was just wondering whether there were any tips that people had for me? One of my friends said that there's some sort of way that your tongue has to go? like girls go clockwise or something? I wasn't sure so is it true?
Please, ny thing will do. It's not my first but i've not done it in about 3 years. :S Any fo your tips will do, anything at all.

Keep in mind that you're only 14. Generally, teenagers get confused when it comes to serious relationships. Being 14 as well my suggestion to you is: Try not to take this too far or else you'll end up causing problems that you will regret for life. As for french kissing, ha I dunno.
