I'm13 years old so I can't use tampons yet, and whenever I use a pad, it always leaks after like five minutes. What other methods are there. Also, what is the best way toget blood stains out of my underwear? Thank you! (link)

Yes, you probably have a heavier flow than other girls. That is completely normal too. Try wearing more absorbant pads; shouldn't be leaking anymore.

So I have a party tomorrow and I'm on my period but I HAVE to wear white jeans! I've tried tampons but I tend to tense up so I don't think I should use them. My white jeans are a bit see through and I'm scared that I might stain them. What can I use or do so that I don't stain them?!?!?! (link)

IF you tense up when using tampons try using thicker or more absorbant pads. I use the Playtex pads like nighttime kind. Even if they are for nighttime you can use them for any time of day. They would help your problem. You can buy them at almost any grocery store. -Hope I helped.

All girls are different. Some girls periods only last 2-8 days or more or less. It might just mean you only have your period for 2 days.
