advice
this has been botherign the heck out of me for a week and a half now and i finalyl decided i cant handle it anymore. last week we had a b-ball game and we won and our coach expected us to run 13 suicides because we missed 13 lay up but we still won( 34-12) on that sunday i got a cold and was sick barely could breathe or anything. i couldnt miss school because i was having finals and had tog o. i had my dad talk to my coach and tell her that i didnt feel to good and i didnt want to show up feelin all shitty and get everyone on the team sick. so anyways she told my dad that i didnt have to go to pratice if i didnt feel good. adn honestly i ahvent felt good all week i showed up to one pratice but only stayed for 1 and 1/2 hours out of a 3 hour pratice. since i havent been going girls have been talkin shit about me behind me back and it isnt a rumors bc i heard them say it. i dont if i should go to pratice or nto. coach makes me feel liek the worest player by puttin peopel that dont go to pratice on the team instead me when i used to go to all pratice and i used to stay after and pratice extra. i am not used to quieting i never have and i dont know if i should. someone please tell me what to do. i feel like i am wasting my time for nothign.

the captin is a snoby ..... and i dont like her. o and i already tryed tellin coach about the girls and she just blew me off and didnt care.
why would you turn your jersey in?? i dont think that you should quit because of someone that you dont like and you need to prove the coach wrong, and show her that you can really play and then she will feel stupid and put you in more, but liek tis not fair that you arent going to the practices because sometimes paractice makes perfect and i think that you should go but if your sick like alot then you shouldnt go, but dont give up and keep your head up dont ever let them see you frown =), good luck hope everything works out..

okay...well i have been having discharge really badly lately, since i think about 6 grade ive had it, but lately its been getting bad....sometimes it will cool off and not be so heavy...but then sometimes it gets thick and i can't stand it, is there any reason why? and does anybody know of any good meds. for it? all answers and ill rate 5's
uhmm...i think that you should see a doctor..if your discharging that much, or you can try tea..helps sometimes,good luck...

alright well last night my boyfriend and i went to the movies and we went to 3rd and i got home and i was really sore down there and it was and still is all swollen and still sore... is this normal? what can i do to ease the pain? also, could my cherry have been popped? thanks ill rate 5s
i dont know i think that you over did it,maybe.. but if it gets worse you should seriously see a doctor..just to be safe...

arlight.. I was just curious..how can you really tell the difference between spotting and your period? my boyfriend& I are sexualy active..we always use a condom..and I was just put on birth control a few days ago. I'm using Estrostep, and doing the one day starter, meaning I started taking the pill the day I got my period& so forth. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative..but I know they aren't 100% accurate..also, there is only alot of blood when I wake up in the morning, but during the day there's barely any..
1. am I spotting from the birth control or is it just a really light flow because of the birth control?
2. how can you tell the main difference between a really light flow and spotting? would spotting just be little drops?

okay well like spotting is just like little drops its not alot but its not totally red either.. uhm its probably from the birth control pills and dont worry about it being heavy because like your body wasnt doing anything and so it does that but if your scared then i think that you should see a doctor !! hope i helped !! ♥dina !!
