With respect can it wait a few years depending on where you live? I understand that your body is developing and we all go through changes and that is probably all it is down to. Sex isn't everything, I am sure you would rather have a connection with someone before you take that step rather than just anyone. You are only innocent once and once it is gone it is gone and you don't want to look back and wish you had waited.
Please take my advice and wait until your body is more developed before you decide to have sex, you are barely a woman, not very much more than a child.

Mum and Dad do not need to know. You will learn that there are certain things that remain between you and your partner and no one else, especially your parents.

Take a deep breath and never get yourself too down over grades. I know it can be harsh when you expect so much of yourself or found something easier than it was, I have been there and found that there are ways around it:
1. Look at your results and try and figure out why you think you went wrong, it could be a simple case of mis-reading the question, everyone does it from time to time.
2. Talk to your subject teacher, ask him/her to explain something you don't believe that you are grasping, most teachers prefer honesty to letting things carry on the way they are.
3. Discuss your grades with your parents, apologize for your current grade but ease them by telling them that you are working on it and are doing your best and no one can ask more of you than that.
4. Remember you aren't super-human, not everyone can know everything about everything!

It could be one or two things, it could be your hymen or like you said it could be a scratch on the inside, which when you try to go to the toilet, stings because it is passing through the cut. If the pain continues I would suggest talking to your GP.

Personally I have no issue with it as compared to my own relationship three years isn't very much at all. However I do not know where you live so if you live in the states and are having this relationship then yes it could be a problem but in the UK its perfectly legal.
I am not judging and saying every relationship is based on sex, it is possible to have a great relationship without it but there is a chance you will be accused of it whether you are or are not.

To be honest, yes it is quite normal doing the same thing over and over. The main thing to remember while you're doing it is that he can't last forever!
