what do i do if my best friend is going out with my exboyfriend?

It doesn't mean that she isn't a good friend. He's not your's and you're not his. So she thought he was available. I really don't see anything wrong with it. You can try to tell her how you feel about it so your friendship isn't hurt, but don't expect her to break up with him.

My best guy friend has recently unloaded all his problems; I found out his dad's cheating on his mom, his grandpa died (his grandpa was like his excape from his parents) his parents continuesly fight, his grades are slipping, and he's been coming to school with alot of bruises latley.

I don't know how to handle this. I really like him and I want to help, but what should I say to him? What should I do?

Sometimes, it's good for you to just be there for him. If he's upset, just sit there with him, let him know that you are there. He probably doesn't expect you to answer all his problems, and you can't.

If he gets beaten at home, [and you need to make sure he IS before you do report this to anyone], you should probably tell a school counselor or a youth center. If you care about him, you care about his health.

I'm sure that he will be thankful to have a friend by his side.

I went through tough crap like this, and it was just nice to know that I had people there fore me, that I could have a shoulder to cry on whenever I needed it.

i met this kid names adam through another friend of mine and me and adam started to hang out. we would do guy things and just chill. lately he hasent been talking to me as much and i think he might be avoiding me..whats wrong..?

After guy hang out with one girl a ton, they need their space. Back off for a while, stop calling, IMing, messaging, whatever. Just give him his space! I'm sure he'll talk to you soon.

I'm moving from a really small school to a huge public middle school (7th grade) and i am so worried about not knowing anyone. and cliques will have already been formed. Plus i have acne do you think that will lessen my chances of making friends?

My friend has tried to kill herself many times because she thinks shes ugly. I tell her shes beautiful but she won't believe me. People make fun of her and say shes ugly, but I told her its just because they are JEALOUS. I feel if I post a picture of her on here, and I want to know if you guys really think shes ugly. Honestly, I think shes really pretty but she thinks I'm just saying that. I don't want her to die, so please answer as soon as you can!

OH MY GOD! She's freaking gorgeous!!!!! I wouldn't change anything about her, but if she really wants it --

1. Haircuts make a ton of difference. she could get her hair layered or cut shorter, that would be very pretty.

2. Experiment with make up. Find what looks good on her.

3. Go shopping with her, pick out colors that look good on her.

ok i have a friend and were like sisters we walk talk and eat at the same time we even finish each others sentences. i love her to death but she stayed over at my house for a month how do i tell her she is getting on my nerves with out hurting my feelings ?? Plz give me advice

I've had the same exact problem. The thing that you need to do is when she does or says something that really annoys you, say in a polite way, "Hey, I'm not trying to seem bossy or anything - but in the future, can you not do that?"
Or
"I know we are best friends, but everyone gets a little mad at each other once in a while. I love ya like a friend and all, but I think we need to seperate for a bit so we don't kill each other!"

Those may not seem like they would work, but they do - trust me.

I'm a guy and when I talk to my guy friends I can really express myself but when I talk to a friend thats a girl I act all different and shy....now I know when people say guys act different around girls
I need help just expressing myself and I usually and talk about anything but im having some trouble. O if anyone could give me some advice and some topics to talk about to my friends that are girls please tell me.

well, a LOT of my guy friends are that way, but if you just want to be FRIENDS with that girl, and just wanna talk to her, just treat her like one of the guys. [besides calling her dude, talking about hot chicks, and who got the farthest on a date ;) ]

If you are sent an invitation to someone's Sweet 16 and the card says RSVP, do you have to call to inform them that you will not be attending?

Most of the time, yes.
Or you could tell them in person, but it probably means call so they can add you to the list.
