i have this idea to like buy a carnation for random kids at school that normally dont get appreciated. i dont want to tell my friends and such, so they dont tell others, so that they'll expect it.. then it wont be the same. like i'll buy 1 or 2 roses for like the kids, and the people will give it to them. i read it in a book called "chicken soup for the teenage soul" or whatever, that someone did that and it like changed their life. so do you think this is a good idea? :]
I think its a really sweet idea, and im sure who ever recieves them will be very, very happy. I know I would have been, this is the first valentines day that I actually have a boyfriend, all the other years I've been kinda been depressed on Vday.

I Have Been Working With This Girl Now for 10 Years,Everything I do she copy's from me, from my Nailpolish ,to the same exact kind of car and the same color too....I Cant do anything without her doing the same thing,I feel like i cant be myself

Usually copying would be a form of flattery, but , with the car, especially, that's a little xtream! She needs to get checked out by a physcologist or something cause somethings not right upstairs. I think you should flat out ask her why she does it and that you want her to grow up and be her own person.

my friend plays tennis and she loves yellow. she also likes necklaces. i was thinking the perfect gift would be a necklace with a little yellow tennis ball on it. i no nobody knows exactly where to find that, but anyone have any ideas where to look? i live in colorado if it helps for any stores or something. thanks so much!

When your with that group you were talkin about, you should just kinda follow their conversations first. Like if some girl says that a guy is hot or whatever you could be like, yeah he's hot but really shallow or something. You talk about guys, you'll have thier attention. As you get more comfortable with them, you can just start your own conversations, speak up and talk about something the other people seem to care about.

if ever i am talking to a guy, my friend always butts into teh conversation and will start to talk. even if the conversation has absolutly nothing to do with her. and sometimes these guys she isn't even freinds with! or i will talk to a guy then she will be like Bobbbbb!!!!! Bobbbb!!!! And it gets so annoying. How can I get her to stop?
She sounds really jealous, and needs to find guys of her own to talk to, because she's just being rude, and I can see how that would irritate you. It would drive me crazy, anyways you just need to find a nice way to tell her how you feel, and maybe leave the word Jealous out of it so she doesnt get mad but you really should tell her how it is. If she has any sense she see why it upsets you and stop.

okay well i had 3 bestfriends two guys and my and my best girlfriend..we had a lot of fun all the time but then me & the girl started drinking & smoking & stuff and kept it a secret from them..then they found out and got really pissed cause they dont really like that stuff so i stopped because i liked one of the guys a lot and we were kind of together and stuff, plus i really didnt like doing all that but she kept doing it..then she just completely forgot about me and we were fighting all the time..then over the summer everything was perfect me & the guy have been dating now since like may and she stopped all that stuff and we were really close again but now shes smoking constantly and lying to me about everything and treats me like shit and it just feels like i have no one anymore because allll of my other friends do it to and it just really bothers me i mean i guess thats stupid and people think its fun or whatever but i dont and my boyfriend is going to school like two hours away so i only see him on weekends
Yeah last year I was hanging with a large group that started get into that. It started with smokin, then doin stuff at parties and drinkin and it just went from there, its hard not to do it when everyone around you is, so I got into to it too. At the end of the school year I got away from all that because i met this guy and we've been going out since June, if we didnt go to school together, Id have a hard time not getin back in to that "stuff". It dont look like you can really trust any of your friends especially not that one who's been lyin to you. You need to find new friends who stand for what you belive in and aint tryin to get you into stuff like that. We went form cigarettes and drinkin to pills and weed and when my "friends" got into some harder stuff than that I was like gone cus i want a future and what I was already doin was messin that up.

to get a guy or guys attention, my freind will be really really obnoxtiously (sp?) loud. like almost embarassing to be around her loud. she will scream like her friends name infonr of the whoel basketball team just so they will look up and see who yelled. or she will laugh very very loud. like a very fake loud laugh. it get embarassing and flat out annoying! what should i do to get her to stop? should i make a wierd face? talk to her or what?
yeah my friend katie used to do the same thing, it took some really mean girlz n my gym class las yr to get her to stop. she finally realized how stupid she looked. this aint somethin you gotta flat out tell her though cuz she'd probably jus get mad. you should write her a note and tell her how embarassin it is and you should avoid startin an arguement by sayin somethin like: you can get a guy by bein yourself not some fake, because you aint ugly or nothin so there's other ways to get attention. if you complement her, she probably wont get as mad and maybe stop.

okay.. so my friend always talks about this kid.. and my friend told me that she thinks she likes him and she knows i like him too.. and now i just feel so weird having us like the same person and were like bestfriends.. im not sure what to do. stop talking to her? or idk.
Give up your friendship over a crush? No guy is worth that. Just this week I saw a friendship fall apart because two girls who liked the same guy. One finally got asked out by him but then he dumped her for the other girl, now they won't talk to eachother. There are billions of guys in this world but best friends are hard to come by.
