thanks, yeah my coach is really strict. she told me that theres nothing i can do about them.. that i just need to stretch. but it's like .. horrible. i can't take it. right now im just sitting here at my computer & their throbbing. i`m definitly going to take a break from running for a while.. i jumped from xc to track pretty quickly.

well, I can't really say I can exercise...seeing as my doctors told me not to do so much exercising...cause I've got a illness, but I shall try to move more! Thanks so much for the advice! <3

hes not ugly. hes ctually very good looking. I know its a selfish prayer but I didnt really think it would happen.... yea more has happened within the last 3 hours and well i told him i thought of him as my best guy friend and nothing more.....ummm i bug him saying he likes this girl but thats it
