I was talking to this girl from my class on the phone today and I realized that she is pretty cool and I want to be friends with her. The thing is that she is not very popular and I'm afraid that if I start hanging out with her, my other friends won't want to hang with me and might diss me. Am I being shallow or stupid? All kids talk about these days is being popular! I mean does it matter!? I mean im considered a 'prep' and 'cool' but when one of my friends hang out with another person....they are all nice and talk to that person! So maybe you should start talking and be friends with her and then introduce her to your friends! If you like her and think shes really cool....but your 'popular' friends dont like her....still hang out with both, i doubt your 'pop.' friends will ditch you because of that!

I was talking to my ex and he said that my bestfriend "buth" said something about the guy i liked. I think it was something like, "he doesn't like her like that, and they'll never got out!" I think that you should talk to your best friend, i mean she is your bestfriend! and if she says no, then shes probably telling the truth. Me and my bf always tell each other if our crushs are liking us! If her crush doesnt like her, i ask him and he says "no" then i will tell her!! ok...my best friend Bethany gets really annoying sometimes and she always makes up lies to make her life sound cool and exciting. She told everyone that shes smoked weed...and she hasnt. and she told everyone that she's not a virgin, and she is. and she just get's really annoying and i get mad at her easily cuz it bothers me and i jus say whatever comes to my mind and most of the time, its not very nice. and i wanna be friendz cuz shez awesum and i love her, shes muh bestest friend ever, but if i keep sayin wut comes to mind, i*ll lose her. wow...you are like living my life! I had the same exact problem with a girl named Kara. She tried to tell everyone that she surfed and went to Hawaii and Cancun but she didn't. I talked to her about it and told her that she needed to stop telling people the she did these things! If she starts to get mad or upset then just tell her that you love her and you want to be best friends its just that you don't like her lying!

You need to comfront your friend and ask her if she likes it. If she says no, then tell her that your scared that shes going to get hurt and that you really care abuot her. If she says that shes scared it will ruin there relationship, then tell her that she can find another guy that doesn't want to do those bad things! :)
