I have an odd chest. My breast sit about 3-4 inched apart. That is to say, the flat sternum (breast bone) part between my breasts is about 3-4 inches wide. I currently wear a size 40C bra and my breast look weird spread so far apart. Can any of you reccomend a good bra or some scheme that will push them together a bit more?

My friends tell me that I have big eyes but i think they are small and slight close together. Every time I do eyeliner on my top lid, my eyes look smaller. Is there a specific style to do eyeliner for eyes like mine? I want them to look a bit further a part and bigger or well.. something to 'open my eyes up' more. I dont know.. eyeliner smudged on under my bottom eyelashes looks better.

White eyeliner makes your eyes appear larger and makes you look more awake.
Apply it to your bottom lids and smudge it in so it doesnt look like just a white line and apply black mascara to your top lashes.

why do people straighten naturally straight hair?
& what's the best flat iron for that purpose?

i'd prefer if it was smallish, 'cause i don't have a lot of room in my bathroom and i'll only being using it for a few strands of hair.
My hair is naturally straight, and I straighten it to tame friz and I think it looks better.
Tourmaline is a great brand of hair straighteners, I got mine at Sally's Beauty Supply and it was around $65. It's rather bulky though. I can't find pictures online, but it's silver and the plates are red. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have extremely curly/thick hair or if you aren't going to use it often.
Conair is a good straightener if you want innexpensive, but they don't last you that long.

Stop asking all of these questions. You're not going to get more answers if you ask the same question three times. You'll eventually get banned.
1. Don't wear your hair the same way everyday.
You can scrunch it after you take a shower with gel, straighten it, find someone to french braid it, put it in a messy bun, half up half down, or a regular high pony tail.
2. Wear tight fitted shirts.
3. Eyeshadows and liner colors should be brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green.
I found that answer on google. You could have easily done so yourself.
4. Skinny jeans.
5. Keep your fingers painted. It will draw attention to your hands. If you are allowed to or if you can afford to, get acrylics at a nail salon. People always notice them. Wear a ring on your ring finger.

ok so i cant stand hair people. they always never do what i am told like they always say i have gorgeous hair and if i ask them to cut it they cut about half an inch off and htey never want to color my hair. but i want to. so if my mom dyes my hair what can go wrong? like if i get the color dye i want and just have my mom do it for me how can it go wrong? like people say have a professional do it. but what could go wrong if my mom does it. and she dyes her own hair anyways so she knows how to i guess
I wouldn't let your mom dye it because she COULD make a mistake. Go to a different hair place. If those people don't want to listen to you then you shouldn't give them your money. Search google for hair salons in your area.

Well you didn't really give us that many details, but I have some ideas.
* Go to Six Flags or a fun amusement park with (x)friends. Not really sure if you want a lot of people or a few.
* Bring a couple of your girlfriends to a waterpark.
* Go out to dinner at a formal restaurant in a limo with a few girlfriends and your mom then have them spend the night at your house.
* Go to the movies with a group of people and invite them to sleep over after.

Walmart's bras are amazing and innexpensive. All of the bras that I have from Walmart have lasted a while. Also, try Target or stores like those.
Drying your bras ruins the cups, so if you want them to last longer, wash and hang to dry.

Hi, i'm 16/F.
For as long as I can remember I've never liked tattoos. EVER. I thought they were pointless and never understood them. But it seems like a lot of people I know have them. My stepdad has six or seven and my mom has three. A few of my friends have one or two, and others have tons. Earlier this year my boyfriend of two years got one on his arm. He was pressured into it, and regrets getting it terribly. But i've seen a few girls lately (I don't know any of them) with tatoos on their feet. I thought they were absolutely adorable. I never considered getting one, but the more I see them, the more I like them. It's not peer pressure or anything, but it's just that I simply think they are cute and I want one. I haven't mentioned it to anyone yet, but i'm seriously considering getting it done. I know that I deffinately want a star(s) on my foot but I can't decide what sequence or design I want. I've already done research and i'm still doing so on the after care, and everything. I know getting a tattoo is a big deal, and i'm for sure going to think about it a little longer before actually going through with it.
My question is how to bring this up to my mom. She's not uptight about things like this. Infact, she let me get my belly button pierced a few years ago with a lot of nagging about it from me of course. But I wanted my tongue pierced a few months back, and she said no. She thought it was trashy looking. I wasn't very persistant about it like I was with my naval piercing, and eventually I decided I didn't want it done. The thing is, tattoos are different. They are permanent and i'm afraid it won't be so easy to talk her into letting me get one. I don't want to beg or whine like I did with my belly button, but I don't want to drop it all together like I did with my tongue. I'm positive this is what I want, and the one's i've so far picked out are very small and easily hideable. I'm very willing to pay for it myself, so how could I bring this up in a mature way?
So basically I have 3 questions.
1. How to bring this up to my mom.

I recommend making sure the tattoo is easy to be hid. If you ever have to go to a wedding, and at your own wedding also, you don't want it to look trashy when your all dressed up. Definately think it over well before you get it done. It's permanent!

last? How often should you replace make-up like

My doctor told me to change my makeup every season, especially eye makeup because you can get an infection if your makeup isnt clean. Change it at the end of summer, before you go back to school and around Christmastime or in the beginning of December and again in April. Don't forget; even if theres still some left and you really don't want to change it, its very important to do so!

I think you look really pretty wearing just mascara but if you want to wear more makeup, try some black eyeliner but don't overdo it. Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliner works great!

i've never really gotten how to scrunch your hair. could someone give me directions? please.
Grab a chunk of hair, squeeze and push the ends up toward your head, causing it to 'crinkle'. Drop that piece of hair and grab another chunk. Repeat the process until you have worked with all of your hair. Go over it again and again until your hair is dry.
Grabbing small chunks of hair and working more slowly will give you more curl.
Larger chunks of hair will give a larger wave effect.

Do this after you take a shower when your hair is damp. Dry it a little before but don't brush it. Use gel or mousse while you scrunch it.

I'm 14/F and chinese. I don't have the straight black hair. After showers, I love my hair. It's curly and very pretty. When it dries up...its like a sponge...it's all dried up and huge! Normally I just put it in a ponytail...that's all I can do! I have bangs which are to my chin...Not a lot of bangs but med. amounts of hair...if you understand. When I straighten my hair...it's still kind of big but not as big so I tend to put it in a half pony tail.
My question is...what can I do to my hair?
Scrunch it after you take a shower with gel and/or mousse and finish with hairspray. Then your hair will keep the curly wet look and won't dry and get frizzy. Good luck!
