Well how i learned to do it is you braid your hair when it's wet and hold it for two nights, after that you let it down and youll have a really nice scrunch or you could get a faltening(sp) iron and put a scrunch iron one in there and you'll have a scrunch. Either one of those would work and you'll need to use hairspray after

First you have to wet your hair.
Then put hairspray, gel, or mousse to a chunk of hair and squeeze the hair with your hands. Then grab another chunk of hair and keep on doing the same thing with each chunk until you have scrunched your whole head.

Hope I helped :D

Grab a chunk of hair, squeeze and push the ends up toward your head, causing it to 'crinkle'. Drop that piece of hair and grab another chunk. Repeat the process until you have worked with all of your hair. Go over it again and again until your hair is dry.

Grabbing small chunks of hair and working more slowly will give you more curl.

Larger chunks of hair will give a larger wave effect.

Do this after you take a shower when your hair is damp. Dry it a little before but don't brush it. Use gel or mousse while you scrunch it.

Here are a couple examples:

Finish with a strong hairspray.

Hope that helped. Good luck!

Ok well here is what you do from first to last.

1.) Take a shower or wetten your hair.
2.) Take your hands and just scrunch your hair all over.(until its like really curly)
3.) Take gel and put it in your hands and then keep scrunching it.
4.) Spray hairspray all over it. (you might want to use alot)

I hope I helped (and remember make sure you do not dry it with a hairdryer or something)

Good Luck :)
