my cramps have been so bad all day its horrible i cant focus on my homework. what can i do/take. i dont rlly have ne special stuff like midol. but like advil nd tylonal type of stuff ;).

excedrin. not excedrin pm...and not excedrin sinus...and not any other crap. just excedrin. other than midol and a few other special menstraul stuff, nothing works as good as excedrin.

Hi I have had my nose ring pierced for about a month now and a little bump has just developed next to it. Any advice on what to do or what not to do? What happens if I popped it once the other day? My nose is not sore or anything its just like an annoying little bump. (link)

i have my nose pierced (and i love it) and for a little while after i got it pierced i broke out on my nose because my skin was getting used to the ring being there, because i've never really had any metal pierce my nose before. lol. if it doesn't look at all like a pimple or something like that, then i would get it checked out. i know that noses don't get infected, so i'm not sure what else it could be.

excedrin works sooo well for that! and midol. i don't think tums does though because that's for antacid in your stomache. i hope you feel better soon!

I get headaches alot and they hurt soo bad it feels like my head will come rite off! What do I do? (and medicin doesint help)

do you get them after you read? because that happened to my sister, and it was an eye disease that she had...if it's not, then try excedrin. that and ib profin are the 2 very best medicines for headaches. excedrin also works for muscle pain and tooth aches and a bunch of other stuff too...but if you can't swallow pills or something like that, then caffine is proven to get rid of headaches. so when i don't have any medicine, i drink some coke or dr. pepper or a mountain dew. mountain dew works best for me. i hope that your headaches go away soon.
also...how often do you get them? because they could be migrains, which you would need to talk to a doctor about. feel better!

ok so im matured (and beyond ;)) but i still havent had my period. my friend has and shes like "oh you shave your armpits? i dont have to yet" nd all this other stuff like so shes not matured as much as me but yet i KNOW she has it! hmmmmm. . .?

just wait! you start about 1 to 2 years after you begin to get breasts...and about 6 months to a year after you need to start shaving your armpits. i don't know if you actually need to shave your armpits...but if you do, then you should start soon

i heard that if you put pressure on your chest while you're sleeping, then they can grow a little bit. (like sleep in a sportsbra on your stomache and stuff like that)

So I have the worst stomache in the history of man. Now, thinking back to elementary school, the Nurse always recommended a saltine cracker or two. QUESTION IS: WHY was that? Was is something SPECIFIC about the CRACKER? And is there any other food the average household stocks that can beat this intense pain? I will be soo thankful of helpful answers - this pain is sooo bad it could ultimately take my life. =/ gr. (link)

you should have only clear things and crackers for a while. like, sprite, jello, etc. . . sprite is really good at helping stomache aches

I get sick very often. If something is "going around" i KNOW i will catch it. Is there anything i can do or take (like maybe vitamins or something) to help my imune system so i wont get sick so often?
