Hi , Im 13 years old , & Im 5'6 & I weigh 256 pounds . I am WAY over weight . I cannot go to dieting because I have a physical in one month so i NEED to loose weight before I go off the charts and I dont want him to yell at me . I literally just started making myself puke to loose weight . How long will it take for me to be average weight ? (link)
If you don't eat too much you wont have a reason to throw up ._.
Just try eating normally. How about around 1200 - 1500 calories a day? And exersise. It will make you lose weight. I started going on unhealthy diets and starved myself when I was 10 and now I am 19 and have an eating disorder. Please don't throw up. It does not help anyways because your body will start clinging to every calorie it can get. This is why most bulimic girls aren't really thin.
As I said eat normally and you wont need to worry. Cut out junk food and fizzy drinks. Only drink water and eat healthy food and you'll be fine :)

HELP! I really want to get up earlier in the morning. I always wake up at 10 on the weekends. Maybe I am tired because I wake up at 6 30 in the week. I go to bed early and all but I just can not seem to wake up earlier then 10 oclock. ): (link)
trie setting your alarm for a while. then your body get's used 2 it and then you'll wake up automaticly. well it worked for me. and there is this thing that also helped me but i dunno if it's gonna work for you. before i go 2 bed i always say: i will wake up at 6:30!!! about 10 times and it was freaky but it worked.
you could also open your window maby the sun or birds will wake you.

Should you use hot or cold water to wash your face. I heard one of them was better than the other. (link)
first use hot water cause that will open your pores. then wash it out with warm water
and then close your pores with cold water
it also workes well wenn you wanna get rid of blackheads

About 4 months ago, I noticed that my teenage daughter was losing some weight, but only a little. As time progressed, she wouldn't stop losing weight, and she was a size 2. I started to worry about her and made sure that she ate dinner every day. However, she constantly made excuses for not eating, so we saw a therapist (this is about a month ago from now). In our second session, she admitted that she was anorexic. She now refuses to go back to the therapist. My question is this. I'm very worried about my daughter and her weight. Forcing her to eat would cause her to possibly develop bulimia and she would start to hate me, so how do I make sure that she eats? (link)
hhmm thats hard. well i think i know how your daughter feels. i dont know how old she is but i'm 14 years old and i also have the same problem as your daughter. i dont know why but i also think i'm fat and my mom has the same problem as you do. so i would buy your daughter like stuff with low calories and show it to her and tell her that it wount make her fat. thats what my mom did and i always eat that because it has low calories. dont force her to eat though cause that would make it all worse and you can also weigh her and show her how thin she is.
i dont know if that was a good answer but i pretty much have the same problem as your daughter and the only thing i would eat is low calorie food so yeah maby that helpes.

yeah i think it makes you fat cause you really dont excersise after you eat that you just go do bed or something and than you cant burn the calories i think but im not 100% sure :-D
