Q: Im not really fat, like huge. But Im 13, 5'oft and I weight about 127. Im very un happy my weight, and honestly would love to loose to 10 pounds. I asked a question once on here and some guy told me it was a bad idea to split up my workouts in too, like exercizing in the morning, and then in evening a little.. And anybody else have any tips to help me loose weight? im deterimed, but clueless.

first of all, splitting up your workouts is good. then you can work harder and not get so tired.
workout as much as you can and drink lots of water when youre hungry (no soda)
try to stay away from fried or oily food
not too many carbs
eat a lot of fruits and vegetables...
free foods that you can eat a ton of are celery and snap peas and green tea (which all burn calories)

Q: I'm trying to eat healthy, and I wanted to know some foods you recommend for the following catagories that are healthy. Please be specific, I need all the guidelines I can get (and I am pairing it with exercise). Thank you!

please dont listen to anyone who says to fast (it only makes you overeat later.
heres a good plan
breakfast (between 6 and 8 am preferably)
fruit, a peice of whole wheat toast, half of an english muffin, or a whole wheat waffle.
lunch ( between 11am and 1 pm)
a salad with fat free dressing, tomatoes, and a grilled chicken breast or tuna
or
grilled chicken with broccili and a peice of whole wheat bread
dinner( between 5 and 6:30 pm)
grilled fish, chicken breast,or lean beef
with
any grilled veggies and a half cup of whole wheat pasta or a peice of whole wheat bread
snack (any time before 7)
any fat free (or low fat) dairy product with less than 20 carbs
also excercise ad cut out soda (drink water instead)
also you can always have acarrots, celery, or pea pods if you are hungry

Q: I have a few questions, here. Thanks in advance!
I've tried eating fruits for a meal (Like apples), but minutes later, I'm hungry again! This doesn't make sense to me. Why does this happen?
Also, I don't like many veggies. Are there any vegetables that actually TASTE GOOD? I can't stand broccoli.
Last question! If you want to lose weight, is it REQUIRED to decrease the intake of carbs? I'm a very picky eater, and most of the food I eat has carbs.

fruit wont hold you over long, and its also a carb
some good ways to eat vegetables are with balsamic vinegar, soy powder, or lemon juice or salt. these are all fat free.
lastly, you should decrease your carbs, but still eat some or you will get headaches.

Q: okay well my friend is kindof a eater i mean when were at lunch she eats alot plus everyone elses food i dont want to tell her she should stop eating cause shes fat but like how do i tell her cause shes my friend and i dont want her to regret it when she gets older for being a lil big and ya know i dont want to hurt her feelings

Q: Ok 4 about 2 weeks I have been loosing alot of weight! I mean like I have lost 7 or 8lbs in that time period. What I have been doing is not eating ANYTHING from 7:00am to 3:30pm and I have pratacly been starving my self. When I think of Food I get so hungray. But I don't feel like eating. I weighted 220lbs and now I weigh about 212. Is this healthy. I eat when I get home. No Smartasses please. Thanxs

starving yourself is not a great option!
also, if you eat 5 snack sized meals a day, you wont neeed to eat a lot at night, which is the worst time to eat.
if you have to skip a meal, skip dinner!

Q: Ok, I'm 13 (14 next week), 5'1", and 161 pounds. I'm very overweight. Embarrasing, but it's the truth. I need to lose weight. I really want to lose like 50 pounds by Christmas possibly sooner. My mom was going to order the Nutrisystem foods for me but it has been delayed(probably cancelled) cuz we just can't afford spening 300 dollars on something like that right now. Is there anything else out there that can help me?! I don't want diet pills or ebooks but maybe some type of prepackaged food meals that maybe are a little cheaper. Or like a diet plan just for me that doesn't cost much!!!

i know that kaiser has many teen weight loss and fitness programs, and i think some of them may be free. also, remember that tons of people would love to have your weight, as many teens weigh 200+ lbs.happy bday and hope i helped.

Q: im a 14/f, almost 15, and im around 5'4 or 5'5 and about 135 pounds, but im muscular. how many shots would be safe to drink? i drink for fun, but i want to be sure i dont get blood alcohol poisioning. what would the safe amount to drink be?

its not safe to drink any alcohol before you are 21.there are reasons for every law, and all of them are to keep you safe, so if you want to know how many to drink, i say dont drink any.
