I'm on a diet & I'm eating out with my friends tomorrow & were going to go to this place called The Pita Pit. They have a nutritional information chart online but I'm not sure how accurate it is. I was going to get a pita with turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, & honey mustard. Does this sound like a good choice?? The info said it had about 4g of fat & was around 405 calories. Does this sound about right & would it be a smart choice?? I really want to stick to my diet. Thanks!!

yes that sounds right and would be a very smart choice. if you happen to go off your diet a little bit, don't worry about it. as long as it doesn't happen often, it won't really effect you. everyone makes mistakes.

how should i go about it.

5'4 100 lbs?
hun, you're underweight.

if you're unhappy with your body and maybe your stomach is flabby or stuff like that, losing weight won't do anything for that.
you should do some exercises to tone your body then, like sit ups, push ups, squats, etc.
calisthenics basically.

if you do want to lose weight though, even though i advise you not to, make sure you do it in a healthy way. rather than eating 3 big meals a day, eat 4-5 smaller meals. eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and take multivitamin pills. whatever you do, don't try to eat less or go days without eating because that will actually make you gain weight in the end because it slows down your metabolism. while exercising, choose something that you enjoy doing so you'll be able to stick to it and do it consistently.

What foods have vitamen a besides carrots? ((Sorry, spelling isn't the greatest!))

Vitamin A is found in:
-liver
-dairy products
-dark fruits (such as plums)
-lettuce
-cabbage
-spinach
-broccoli rabe


theres definitly more but thats all i know of

How long does it take strep throat to cure?

3-4 days usually, but when i had it it took 2 days...hope i helped! ♥ danielle
