Im hardly hungry anymore! Is this bad or good? I dont need to lose weight or anything, but I still eat because people will think I have an eating disorder. (I am very skinny)

I am a skinny person and i usually go through this for like a week and then it will go away. But yeah dont make your self believe your not hungry. I would just say to eat 3 meals a day..skip lunch if you really want to. And maybe exercise to get you more fit (if you already arnt) then maybe you will be more hungry. Also get enough sleep (7-8 hours a night) Good Luck!

My average day, foodwise, consists of this: 2 pieces of wheat toast, cheese cubes, and coffee (breakfast.). Half peanut butter sandwhich, sunchips, granola (lunch). Chips and salsa (snack), Lean Cuisine veggie frozen meal (dinner). I drink a bottle and a half of water a day and treadmill for 30 minutes.

Any tips for changes I can make to lose 10 pounds quick? Healthy.

Well you have a great plan :)

But i think you should eat different foods but if you really dont want to then dont! Because they are all healthy.

You should do about 50-100 curl ups/push ups a day or do aerobics/yoga/pilates etc...!

That Lean Cuisine might not be too healthy for you only because its a frozen meal but I have never tried them so I really wouldnt know :)

Will replacing soda and only drinking water as a drink really make you lose weight? If so, why?

It wont make you lose weight. Soda is the worst drink ever. Its SUGAR!! But water yeah its so much better. You will probaley feel better to. Just eat healthy&exercise to lose weight. :)

ive been trying to lose about 10 pounds for the past couple months. i eat regularly and everything. sometimes when i have a craving for something fattening i eat it then make myself throw up. (then i win both ways. i get it, and i dont lose weight) i dont make myself throw up all my food, just the fattening food right after i eat it. is this dangerous or bad for my health?

Umm are you retarted? SERIOUSLY! If you do this often which im guessing you do in about a couple of months/years most of your teeth will fall out. And theirs something called exercsing and burning calories that way. You better stop right now then maybe you'll have some teeth left :/

Ok so a lot of people tell me i am too thin. I've done those online calculators and they say i am, but you can't really trust those things because they don't take in to consideration a lot of important factors, you know. Yes you are thin. I am too and i eat normal,exercise and do normal things. Its okay that your thin as long as your not anorexic/bulimic/or have an eating disorder then dont worry! Those sites tell me that im underweight and my doctors do to! You just have a high metabolism. Just eat healthy and exercise and you'll be fine :0) Or ask your doctor if your worried.
