Um...you use black-and-white film. I recommend T-MAX 400-speed.
If you're talking about a digital camera: you can do that kind of stuff in Photoshop and other photo editing programs. However, you'll get better results with a 35mm camera and black-and-white film.

There's nothing inherently wrong with a 14-year-old looking at pornography. However, if that's the only sex/nudity she's exposed to, she might start thinking it's realistic (i.e. she might think there's something wrong with her body because she doesn't have beach ball breasts, flawless skin, or giant, bright pink, duck-lip labia.)

Okay, this may sound weird, but here it goes. I've never had a canker sore before, but recently, one grew inside my lower lip. I have always heard my friends complaining about this but they never said much about it. How do you get them and how can you make them go away/prevent them?

A pap smear is rather uncomfortable but not usually painful. She'll put some goo on her finger and insert it in your vagina and feel your organs. Then, she'll insert a hollow tube called a speculum to keep the passage open while she shines a light on your cervix and gathers some cells with a cotton swab. The cotton swab is analyzed in a lab to test for lady-problems :) You should start getting a pap smear once a year when you turn 18, become sexually active, or start taking birth control pills - whichever comes first.

Okay, I have this Church class that starts really early in the morning, around 5:50 am. I really need to go to this class but i am tring to keep myself awake the whole time so I don't ;earn anything. My mom told me i don't have to go but I fell like I need to?! What should I do?!
Adults need 8 hours of sleep, and teenagers need even more. Assuming you get up around 5am, you need to go to bed by 9pm to get your full 8 hours. Caffienated drinks aren't very good for you, but some coffee or tea in the morning may help. Is there an afternoon or evening class you could go to instead? Not getting enough sleep can wreck you, especially while you're still growing.

I'm 13, and I am 5`1. Is there any ways I can grow taller? I heard that after you get your period, you stop growing, but i want to keep growing, because I got mine at an early age (9). My mom said that Yoga will add PLENTY of inches (maybe up to 5`6) , but is there another way that I can get taller? Thanks.
