lovelyrita answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 6:41 pm: Adults need 8 hours of sleep, and teenagers need even more. Assuming you get up around 5am, you need to go to bed by 9pm to get your full 8 hours. Caffienated drinks aren't very good for you, but some coffee or tea in the morning may help. Is there an afternoon or evening class you could go to instead? Not getting enough sleep can wreck you, especially while you're still growing. [ lovelyrita's advice column | Ask lovelyrita A Question ]
