Last night my cousin pierced my lip, and yes - I had permission. But I've been wondering what I should do now. She explained to me what she did, which I understand.
The stud I have in now is actually an extremely uncomfortable earring - but it's what we put in when we pulled the needle/string through my lip.

and um, well, not really. well not for me. it depends on how you are. in my opinion, the alcohol overpowers the pot. it would definitely have some impact though! i don't recommend it.

Well i think i have a cavity.. and getting cavities filled are a nightmare for me. i just cant stand it. ive never had the laughing gas and i really think that would make it less of a nightmare. my friend said that when he goes, they give him the gas. So, whats the deal with the gas? Do some dentists just not do it? or what?

I'm a freshman in highschool, and I've started hearing more and more about people drinking, smoking, doing drugs, etc. I don't know if it's just my school, or if it's normal... but it seems like if you don't drink, people are like, "OMG?! YOU DON'T DRINK?!" Is it like that elsewhere? Or is it just my school? Because I'm hearing a lot about it now. Also, why do so many people do these things to themselves? What to they get out of it? A hangover? They like that? Can't they have fun without getting drunk or high? I don't get it. Sorry so many questions, thanks in advance.

ive been a druggie and im getting out of alcoholism right now and its so f*cking hard. i used to be able to have fun without drinking but now theres not life without it. its like i dont know what fun is but nobody knows what its lke unless tehyve actaully experience being addicted to this stupid shit. theres alot of different reasons why us teens do it, its different for every person. just please please take my advice, dont get into it. The consequences are worse ..its not worth it.

I'm getting my nose peirced in like 2 weeks; after that I want my septum peirced. My mom says no but I think I'll do it anyway. Will it be easy to hide? Should I get it done with my nose peirced ; like would it be to much jewelery in one area? Or should I just convince my mom to just let me get septum peirced instead?
For a nostril piercing (what you call "nose") you can use a clear retainer to hide it. Also for a septum piercing, you can just move the jewelry inward towards the inside of your nose instead of the outside when you dont want to be caught. the too much jewelry in one area thing is really up to you. the more piercings, the merrier, though. =].

i got a big stupid crazy nose and in my opinion, a nose piercing doesnt make it look smaller OR bigger. just more..uhh..decorative? everyones getting their noses' pierced these days so it doesnt really matter what kind of nose one has. but if you dont like your nose dont get it pierced becuase having jewelry in it will attract attention.

I want to get my belly button pierced so bad (for my 8th grade graduation) but my mom says no. I don't know what I can say to convence her that I really want this, and will do anything to get it.
What can I tell her to convince her to let me get it peirced? My dad will accept if she accepts, but I already brought up thae fact of good grades, good friends, and I dont' know what else to say! Thanks for the advive.

tell her if you dont let you get it done that youl do it yourself. which means ul get an infection and whatnot, so she'll have to take you. theres also ways to get it done without your moms permission..

Not bad at all. But i'm getting kinda annoyed by how many girls have it. I was happy when i got my nose pierced..but i dont know about it now. I see more and more girls walking around with crooked piercing jobs on their noses and nose rings the size of a rock. Well the procedure normally goes like:
1) Piercing shop. signing blah blah..
2) You'll get your nostril cleaned with a little wipe, and make sure you clean out your nose, becuase sometimes they...will 'pick' your nose, haha.
3) you can, or the piercer will, pick the placement of where the stud is going to be.
4) He gets the needle, you breathe in, wen youre ready to breathe out, he pierces it. the pain is very little.
5) he slides the jewelry in, and there you go!

it depends on the club but around 10 pm to like 4 am. You can dance really good, but make sure you don't dress too whorrey. You could also dress cute, but not slutty. ALSO do something wild/crazy but cute with your hair! Guys will notice you and it wont be slutty! Yay for clubs and being a girl!
