i've been really depressed lately and i cut myself and i really really want to tell somebody because its been getting out of control and i don't want to do something i am going to regret so should i tell a counselor teacher friend or what? (link)

Definitally tell a friend or an adult you can trust cuz cutting wont solve your problems and you could get a visious infection which would just make things worst so tell someone and they will try to help you get throught it, mmk?

I have a really weirdo stupid dog, lol. She bumped my head and now i have a HUGE bruise. Do you guys know how to get rid of a bruise fast? My parents and my older sister (Who's moving home today, YAY!), are gonna laugh at me and I hate it when they do. I also really don't want to go to school with the stupid bruise. Any help would be appreciated!!

i've been kinda cutting myself...it was kinda stupid at first but now it's serious. my life is kinda like crap rite now. grades, family, friends, and love...all that jazz. sometimes i feel like i just randomly wann cutt myself. i hate it. i know there is other ways to work it put but i don't wanna talk to my family and i've already talked to my friends. please help me and don't just pick on or make fun of me...really answer this question.

STOP IT! you can die from cutting yourself and if you just look at all the great enjoyable things in life then its worth not cutting and trust me on that one, when you have that random feeling snap your self with a rubberband its what we had one of my best friends in the world do and now she is alot better and if it helps just start really focusing on one subject and then when you get better at it move up to two subjects and so on so forth, and bout the family just hang in your room and try to push past all the tention well hoped it really helped

I have a problem. It seems like I get nervous for everything! In track, I get extremely nervous before an event. In school, I get so nervous to take tests and do oral skits. Is there anything I can do to help? Thanks (link)

i always used to get nervous like that too, what i did was i had either a clicky pen in my hand so i could futs with it or get one of those squishy balls to relieve stress because it also works for if your nervous too
