So I just saw my ex last night for the first time in a month. When I first saw him he hugged me and wouldn't let me go. We ended up talking and I kissed him he kept turning his cheek because he doesn't want to hurt me...but yet everytime I kissed him he turned red and start his nervous giggling laugh. A one point his "soldier saluted". We turned our break up into a "break"...I want to find ways to make this work we are both in love and right now that we're not together we're just content and NOT happy!
Any suggestions?
The key to any relationship is communication. I have been in a relationship for 2 1/2 years and we have never taken a break or broken up because if there is ever a problem we talk about it, we don't yell we take time to understand both sides of the argument and find a good solution to the problem. No matter what your guys' problem is it can be solved by talking about it. Talk about how you think you guys should be together and what you both can do to make it work. There isn't much information exactly giving us what could really be wrong but I'm sure if you guys' had a deep conversation about everything you can get something worked out. Good luck :)
I recently stoped seriosly talking to a guy , we were very close to going out but diffrences mades us decide that it would be better for us to be friends , i still have strong feelings for him . Should i try to contuine to be his friend or is it not helping me get over him ? I do care for him alot but is it possible to be " just friends ".
It is possible i would know it has happend alot to me in the past not so much anymore. I still talk to all of my friends.
i would advise just trying to be his friend just talk and do everything you used to eventually it will go away or you will both get the feelings and realize you should be together. i cant really tell you what to do but i think you should atleast try to be his friend.

I swear it was love at first sight, because ever since the first day I met jason he's the only guy I ever thought about. The problem is we're in a non dating relationship and its his choice! One day I went to see him and ran into a few of his freinds who said he was with this really hot girl and I never said anything to him about it because we're not official. But he knows I care about him more than anything in the world but he will not cave he is not going to have a real relationship with me now and maybe ever. I feel like the girl he can fall back on but he says its not like that. He says that he cares about me and im the only girl he does anything with but he's not ready to commit. Now there is this other guy chris he is my ex and we just started talking again like a month ago, we broke up about 8 months ago because he was going through some hard times and he wanted to deal with them on his own and we never got to spend time together. He told me the first day we started talking again that he missed me so much and when I told him that I was dedicated to being with jason he said he would wait until I realized we were meant for eachother. and he is doing exactly that! chris calls me every day and we talk on the phone for hours, he drops his plans for me every time I want to see him, and he tells me every single time we talk that he loves me. This is so hard I love jason and he's the one I really want but I dont think I will ever be abled to have him. Then there is chris my first real love and best friend who does everything for me and makes me feel so special, but sometimes when were together I cant help but think he's not right cause he's not jason. What should I do?
The same thing happend with me i was talking with a guy named Michael for like 3 years and we were really close friends and i was like completely in love with him but he always felt like dating other people and just not me he just liked having me ((not like sexually but yea)) then i met Jason and he was the sweetest person and cared so much about me and when mike found out about me and Jason talking he got jealous and dropped everthing and told me he wanted to be with me...i had to choose one or the other i chose jason the most amazing & nicest guy i've ever met he loves me and treats me right and i know that it wouldnt have lasted with me and Mike since he was a bad boy and wanted me for sex pretty much.
I'd advise you to go for the guy who treats you right the one who wants to be with you and be there for everything with you.
i cant decide for you but i've never regretted my choice and i dont think you would either.

so there is this guy we are really close friends. i like him alot, but im scared to tell him. here are some reasons 1. he and his family are really close they tell each other everything and he will tell them i like him and it will be really awkward. also one of his sisters are really protective of him. she dont like girls liking him. i know she cant make him not like me but she is my friend also. also a girl we just met she is sort of our friend likes him. im not really worried about that though. The worst thing he will say is that he dont like me more than a friend but that is still devasting. but he might also like me because i think he used to have a crush on me but it went away. but you never know because he treats all the girls he knows the same way. even girls he like. so im confused about him.
I would just tell him. I dont think it would be as awkward as you would think with his family and since you and his sister are friends or sort of friends maybe she wouldnt care as much about you liking him or him liking you. If you dont do it you may lose him. Give it a go & just like you said the worst that could happen is he will tell you he just likes you as a friend.

heyy. okay well my boyfriend (senior) is turning 18 in about 3 weeks(yea it's a big age difference)and i have no idea what to get him. we'll be together for 6 months a few days before his birthday. i really want to get him something special because he means a lot to me. i gave him a photo album for christmas so i can't do that. if you could give any ideas that would be great.
I've been with my boyfriend for two years-next month.
and so far i have gotten him-- a shirt, Picture frame (with picture of us), Tye blanket (bought the fabric and made it.), a stuffed animal (build-a-bear workshop). and a few other things and he's loved everything.
and currently i am making a scrap book and even though we only have a few pictures I'm making it so we have something of us and it gives us a reason to take pictures so we can fill it. for our 2 year aniversary.
but since you guys have only been dating for 6 months i would just purchase something not so big like the shirt or stuffed animal & he is guaranteed to like it.

it was the last month of the school year and i was starting to just have the urge to kiss him but couldn't do it and i made it my goal to do it by the end of the year and i never ended up doing it i got so close but always chickened out I'm happy with my life now but still wish i would have just done it....whats the worst that could happen really?
i think if you do it you should be fine if anything goes wrong it just might get weird for a little while but things will go back to normal i promise.

I'm 17 and I'm' a girl....So me and this guy starting dating 3 months ago (he's my first serious boyfriend) and I really like him. We took it slow phyically but the last time I saw him we were making out and that lead to him almost fingering me. I stopped him before it got to that point but he was headed there and it scared me. I made a promise to God that I wouldn't have sex before I was married and I intend to keep that promise. I feel as though I should hate him and break up with him but he's such a sweet guy it's like I can't break up with him. He knows I've considered breaking it off and all he can do is be sweet about and tell me that it's my choice. Basically if I break it off I'm going to be the "bad guy" because he's just so sweet. From a christian perspective, because he tried should I break it off or not? I mean if the attraction between us is so strong that it is causing us to sin then should I be with someone that I cause to sin and they cause me to sin?
i think breaking up with him would be wrong. you gotta be strong and try and resist temptation and make sure he knows that you want things to go slow and make sure he knows where you stand. me and my boyfriend have been together for about 6 months and we are just now starting to finger/hj and i dont plan on going farther any time soon. im also a strong christian maybe not as strong and i'd like to wait until marraige or close to it. i think that your intensions are good but just dont break up with him for it unless theres more to it.

My boyfriend is absolutely wonderful, cute sweet, charming. He jsut really likes my stomach, like to jiggle it and rub it and stuff.
I do have a bit of a belly, but really I'm average.
Anywho, I know I'm not super skinny, but my boyfriend always says things like "Aw your belly is so cute"
