my girlfriend has posters on her wall of a bunch of celebrities that she thinks are "hot". She claims to me all the time that she doesnt check them out or think about them in any way but i think she is lying to me. I dont know what to do now. i had planned on asking one of my sort of guy frineds out at our schools homecoming game , and i had told all my friends that i was asking him a while after he got there and that i was gonna ask him alone, i didnt want my friends coming in to play and pressuring him. so when he got there i got there my friend called him over by her and then she told me to come over by her like she was setting us up for me to talk to him! like "ok here now u ask him", i was so pissed so i walked away. turns out without me even telling her to she asked him out for me so she came up to me and told me how he said i dont know, for one i was mad and her and two, it was gonna be awkward the whole night now because of her, and now i dont know what to say when he gives me and answer, if he says no i dont want our friendship to be ruined, and if he says yes i'll feel wierd because i dont know why he said idk, like he didnt like me that much or something, like if he liked me why would he have to think about? help me to fix this awkward situation!
well, for one thing, tell your friend not to do that again! and just talk to this guy naturally, like nothing ever happened. it might be hard but you u have 2 if u wanna make the situation better. just talk to him about the game or school or something and he'll see that you dont let things bother you that easily. and he probably said he didnt kno because he felt akward that it was ur friend that asked him and not you! good luck! i hoped i helped!

okay well i was at my friends house lets call her julie, and my other best friend lets call him joe, well joe invited me and julie to his house to play flashlight tag, and we did and julie got tagged and well we were running to our hiding spot and he was like remeber that day i said i would give you kissing lessons? Okay so this kid I know asked me to "leave" with him. He told me I was the only girl he trusts, (hes a great friend, i help him in life a lot) and he wasn't pressuring me into leaving with him but he has a car and he doesn't like his home life and wanted me to go with him. I don't know WHAT to do. It's so unrealistic to leave with him, and I would be so mad if he left on his own (he said he wouldn't with a friend or by himself.. only with me) and I like him. My mom and I are really close, and she told me that since I was 16 I could date now. Well I got asked out by this really awesome guy, who I've been friends with for 3 years. And I said yea. Well I told my mom and she freaked. And the reaosn why, is because hes middle eastern. He's not muslim(and even if he was I'd date him), he's not a terroist, his family are not terroists..he just happens to be from Iraq. My mom is saying stuff like "Sure do what you want, get blown up". How can I make her understand that not all people from Iraq are like that!!
Remind her that there are bad and good people from all over the world. Some people from Iraq are bad and some are good. Its just like America or any other country in the world! Tell her to imagine meeting him if she was blind, and she didn't know he was from Iraq. She wouldn't be able to tell! Who you really are is what you are in the dark. (appearance doesn't matter)
Also tell her to imagine if someone that was Middle Eastern thought all Americans were evil just because Hitler was white. It wouldn't be right that way, so it isn't right this way either. If she imagined herself in his place, she might realize that judging someone before knowing them is wrong.

I have this ex-boyfriend who is now one of my best friends and we tell each other everything. He has told me, many times, how he's in love with me and wants me back. I don't feel the same way at all and get annoyed with his attempts to win me back. The real problem is, it seems everytime he gets a new girlfriend, I become very attracted to him again. I guess it's because 'you want what you can't have?' He says he doesn't even like these girls, but just wants someone to be with since he can't have me. I just can't believe myself when I fall for him only when he's with someone and it drives me crazy. What should I do? I really like him now but I know when he finds out, dumps his girlfriend, I won't feel the same!

Well, my boyfriend and me have been going out for 3 weeks. And all the sudden today he breaks up with me!
Well, it was his friend since he was too chicken to do it on his own. I didn't believe his friend, so I called his house, and he said he was "God D*mn serious" but my boyfriend was laughing in the background and they were all laughing. And he just said the other day how much he liked me.
I cried for about an hour after that. If he's joking, though, I'm going to kill him. It scared me so bad. And I'm so confused. They won't tell me why, either. They just keep confusing me more everytime I talk to his friend.
They won't let me talk to my boyfriend either. They just keep saying "SHUT UP! GOD! HE HATES YOU AND HE BROKE UP WITH YOU. GET OVER IT!" but they keep laughing!
Do you think they're just joking or he really is breaking up with me they just think it's funny? Help!

something like that happened to me...all his friends would be like "he doesnt like you, stop calling!" on the phone. in my case it was true, they just thought it was funny. turns out, that guy really sucked anyway. so forget about him and just dont talk to him if thats the case. hopefully, they're just joking and you'll kill him instead...either way he doesnt sound like the perfect guy so just try to find someone else that doesnt treat you like this. i hop i helped!

ok, me and my friend both have these relationships with guys, let's say "Ashley" & "Matt" and me & "John". ok, everytime "Ashley & Matt" are having a good relationship, "me & John"'s relationship has problems, but once we fix them and are doing fine, "Ashley & Matt" have problems. this happens everytime and has been ongoing for more than 3 months now. is there anything we can do to break the cycle? i will rate if you respond, cuz i really need help.
