well my ex boyfriends birthday is coming up and we decided we were gonna spend the day together after school or the following day together! weve been broken up for almost 7 months now! ya i know a really long time! but through it all weve been like best of friends and we talk all the time! and weve hung out twice this summer! well he does tell me he knows we both want to be together but it wont work right now because he is dating another girl but they arent going out cause she cant have a boyfriend! and even after being broke up hes like i love u and i always will! and just last night he said he missed us! and i still really care about him! but anyways for his bday i wanna do something really cute! i was already thinking about making him a cake and decorating it all cute and getting him a card! but i was trying to think of something else special i could do to show him how much i care! any ideas? thanks so much!

Well since his birthday is durring the school, you should decorate his locker and fill it up with balloons. And then if you wanted to do something with him after school you should go out to dinner or something or go to a movie, but dont tell him. Send him notes and clues durring the day of what you are going to do with him after school such as like(if it were like idk, a movie theather or something): "Popcorn" and then attachted to that had a mini popcorn bag idk just do some things that are really cute! Hey Andie, to start with, i love your advice, your really good at it! well to get to the question.. well.. I really like this one guy.. we went out this year.. but off and on about 4 times.. we never did anything.. yet i still always kept my same feelings for him, and i havent seen him since graduation.. and i dont think im ever gonna see him again.. cuz im going to a different school than him.. and if we cant even keep a friendship during the summer i cant believe how hard it would be keeping a friendship with everything going on in school.. well ok, but my friends like all hated him, they all judged him on how he acted in school.. Hey babe! thx! I would say just make sure that you guys hang out a lot in the summer. That is what I am doing with some of my friends that are in a different grade then me because I will be going to highschool and they will be in 8th grade. I know that everyone always says that girls before boys, but if you truly love him, tell your friends that he isnt always like that. Just because your friends dont like him, doesnt mean that you should have just become friends with him, do whatever your heart desires! I just think hun that you should talk to him before its too late. Eventhough you guys MIGHT not be able to go out again because of the distance, you guys could still be great friends. hmm... Whenever guys call me we just talk about things we use to do like in school (nothing bad lol or probably what you are thinking) like good times. I think it is just entertaining on the guy just thinking of something random and then we talk about that subject for hours like if it is about bubbles..yeah..that is how kool we are..we would talk about the episode in spongebob or idk just something randomd. Just dont be nervous because then you will forget everything you are going to talk to her about. Just start out like Hey what did you do today/last night or something or a movie she saw and have her talk about it and make sure you listen. Find out what she likes to do for fun. Ask her how her summer has been going for her, and that you guys should get together. Dont just talk about yourself unless she asks you, it makes her seem like you arnt interested in her then. Just randomly talk. Watch a favorite T.V show together and talk about it on the phone! OMGOSH! that has happened to me to. I told the guy I like to go out with this one girl, and they did. I was soo sad, but I was supportive for him. I mean I was happy for him that he was with a girl he liked, but I kinda wished it was me, eventhough I knew we never could have "anything." But ANYWAY...I think that it is great that you are supporting him. Maybe if they go out, they wont date for a long time, god only knows that they might only date for like 2 weeks? Hey babe! Ya that is very very though. I think you should deffinatly talk to him face to face and tell him exactly how you feel. Dont take me wrong, and I know that you really like him, but if he is cheating on you he isnt worth being with. Because how do you know he wont do it again? I think you should wait like..at least a week so he can get his thoughts straight out, as well as you should too. Dont just into anything too quick unless you know who you are "going for," and if they like you because that could just end up in a short relationship. I hope I helped! ♥ Andie
