So I've never really had to buy my girlfriend anything because my mom always took care of all of that. But last year, my gf found out that I don't personally buy her presents and she got all upset. Now, she wants me to go out and buy her her present this year by myself. My mom refuses to help me now. I've really never done this before and you don't have to believe me but it's true. Anyways, this is what I have so far:
100$ Abercrombie card (her fav. store)
50$ Hollister or Forever 21 card (her second fav.--I'm not sure which yet though)
And these earrings her sister helped me pick out. They're pink sapphires with pearl on top they're pretty nice.
But I can see my gf's face when she sees these..."oh gift cards...thanks babe..." She might like the earrings more though...I don't know. I'm already spending 250$ on all of that--I'll put in maybe like 75 more. Does anyone have any ideas? (link)

Dude, wow, that's a lot of money, but seriously...gift cards? When she told you she wanted you to pick out the gift, what she really meant was for you to put thought into it. Gift cards aren't too much better than letting your mom do it. The earings are a start, come on, you can do better!

eh, moms. i think you should just flat out tell her. tell her its none of her business...OR if you don't wanna get grounded, lol. you tell her your going to the movies w/ him and a group of friends. then when u come home you could tell her ya'll like each other again and "ask" her what to do. she'll be touched you asked her opinion and even if she doesnt approve of ya'll already relationship, she won't tell you you can't see him.

on tuesday me and my bf were foolin around and he ended up giving em a hickey..normally its okay but this time its like really dark and noticeable..its one the side of my neck and kinda towards the back..like right under my ear and back like a cm.well i been wearing me hair down since so you cant see it at all. but if my hairs not down its veryy and i mean VERY noticable. its like very dark. i can wear my hair down the rest of the weekend and to school on monday. but for cheerleading i have to wear my hair up so idk how im going to do that without my whole squad seeing it cuz trust em they will. can anyone help mee!?

Since it's cold, wear a turtle neck. If it's not cold where you are, pull you hair up into a low ponytail or wear it normal and leave some hairs out.

I'm not a guy, but I have some guy friends. What I understand from them is that all guys like confident girls. You have to be confident in yourself and what you do. And depending on the guy, he'll like an arangement of other qualities as well. Find out some interests of your crush and bring up something about it. Like if it was football, find out his team and let him over hear you saying to a friend how you wanna go to that college, or mention how badly the team they played that weekend did.

That's a hard situation. But if you really love him, and I know it may be hard, but you have to let him see that other girl he likes. If it doesn't work out he'll come back to and love you even more for being so understanding. He'll also be more open & trusting of you when ya'll start going back out.

I'm 16 F and I've never had a boyfriend. I know some of you might say, "Don't worry! When the time comes, it comes.." The problem is that I hang out with a bunch of preps..and all my friends have already had boyfriends..:-( I'm the only one out of that group that's never had a close relationship with guys! It's kinda sad..if you ask me! I think you need more confidence and I bet your not at all ugly, but very pretty. If you want a guy to notice you, you have to be natural. Guys like a girl that's fun to be around and can make them laugh. And you shouldn't compare yourself to others. I know you must hear it a lot, but everyone is beautiful in their own way and you will find a guy that appreciates you and your sense of humor! Wish you luck!

Ok there is this guy i like alot and he seems to like me back and he has also told me that he likes me. Ugh. I screwed up big time. There's this kid (Joe)..and he's going out with my best friend..at one point and time he liked me and vice versa.. but now i hate him big time and vice versa. but the thing is , is that out of everyone on the bus we rather sit with each other because I guess we're both anti-social in a way. Well we were fighting (physical fighting)..and just kissed, I dont know, we were into the moment i guess..it only lasted about 15 seconds, but still.. i have no idea what I'm going to say to my best friend or even whether or not I should tell her... any ideas?

So there's this guy I like who likes me back.. the only reason we're not going out is because he lives in another city really far away. But its sort of understood that we have this thing going on. Anyway.. he's always talking about how hard it is for him to communicate openly with girls considering he doesnt have many female friend... ha yeah right. I just so happened to have guessed his email password (wrong I know.. but I have it and now I cant just not have it anymore!) and he has a ton of emails from all sorts of girls. There are "xoxo"'s and "love so and so"'s everywhere!!! I know Im not technically supposed to be mad considering Im not supposed to have been in there anyway.. but I cant help it. OK well theres this kid at my school. (Hes in 10th im in 9th) Well we always got along because we have alot of the same friends and do one sport together. But I never really liked him that much untill we both started spending alot of time together. I really started to like him and he even kissed me once. Well after that we kinda stoped talking, but then one night we talked again and i started to like him again. He even asked to go to the movies. But I was talking to one of his friends and he said "well hes not looking for a relationship" but im confused because i was messing around with the kid and i said "What if I was like I love you and can't live without you will you go out with me" and his response was "i would proally be a little shocked but then prabably say yes" Help im so confused! In my experiance, it isn't in a guys nature to forgive people. If he likes someone else, that decreases your chances even more! Most important though, how will you ever get to know him or vise versa if u don't just say hey? Give it a shot though, you'll never know how he feels about you until you actually talk to him.
