when i do my crunches, i get headachs afterwards. whats up with that? (link)
um well i used to 2. but may be your going to fast and your head is like going up and down at a fast past. also, maybe your not holding the best way for your neck/head. if you but your palms on the back of your neck with your arms on the sides, not forward or anything, it won't hurt a bit. hope i helped

theres no dance places around where i live but i LOVE to dance. i want to lose weight and be motivated to dance and stuff. how do i do this? what should i do every day to be a good dancer? what are some good songs to dance to and not ONLY rap but some is goood too. thank you! (link)
im a dancer. well work on your technique everday. fast muisic for jazz and slow for ballet and lyrical. but practice alor to get good. like leaps, turns, splits, and jumps. those are the basics to dance. do it for about an hour-hour an a half and you'll be set. hope i helped!

to lose stomach fat, is walking the same as running? im not very good at running and i really want to lose my stomach fat so can i just walk? will walking help me lose my stomach weight? (link)
yes. walking is good 2, well power walking. anyways, running on some ground is bad for your ankles. walk alot like double the amount you would run. there both good soo maybe you should run half and walk the rest. or switch off everyday. hope i helped!byee!

Ok i'm ahving a swimming party for my b-day and i might invite some guys and i kinda ahve a pooch and the guy i like might coem and i was wondering how i get a flat stomcah in about 1-2 weeks.i have volleyball practice in the mornings at 6 30 so we run there and when i get home i'm really tired so no like real powerful stuff.i rate high (link)
ok! i am a dancer and a cheerleader. for dance, we do 500 crunches but if you can't do that many, shoot for 200 and make sure you do them in different directions. for cheer, we run alot so the volleyball thing should help.i read in a magazine that you should have the proper amount of servings for each item that is reccomended
aka the food pryamid. don't each that much candy. instead, as a snack eat yogurt or rice or an apple.for breakfast eat eggs with fruit and a glass of orange juice, lunch, chicken breast or fish and brocoilli, and for dinner eat fish, or more ckicken.that is a healthy eating plan that will make sure not that many fattenig stuff will get into your system. its better for your body to eat this everyday. hope i helped.

Ok see im 13 and im normal weight for a 13 yr old girl, but it seems like all the boys in my grade are smaller.. i mean literly smaller than me- shorter and less weight. i don't no what the " deal " .

I always get that to. But if u think you look fine then just eat the same. But don't start eating less or eatting more. That bad to change how ur system works. hope i helps!
