I do 25 crunches and 25 push-ups everyday. I plan to do more as I become better at it. I am trying to eat better, also. Is there anything else I should do to lose weight? (link)

You sound like you're off to a good start but its not enough. You should start running or playing a sport for cardio to burn calories, and gain more muscle...muscle burns calories too and it also weighs more than fat, so do yoga, pilates, or just lift weights! Drink a TON of water...no soda and eat salads! hope i helped! love ya!

Hey who is this?? um i dont really know...i would say powerwalk on a full incline on a treadmil or do up hill sprints. And lunges and squats would prolly work too. i would just say do basic leg work? sorry i don't really know all too much about this!

Lunges w/ dumbbells, squats (w/ a barbell), calf raises on stairs, squat jumps, and running sprints! Hope I helped! love yah~!

When I was younger I used to be really skinny because I stayed with my cousins a lot and we were always swimming, running around, or riding bikes. Since then I've gained a lot of weight cause I haven't exercised much. My stomach is flabby and my thighs are kind of big. I want to tone down before school starts up again in August.. so does anyone know any exercises I could do? I'm not saying I'm fat or anything but I've gained about 20 pounds in the past year and I just wanted to tone down some. Thanks. :)
I also have another question about this. I love to dance & I have about four movies that have dancing in them. Does dancing help tone you down any? (link)

Hey babe!! Yea dancing helps a LOT!!! But you could also start lifting weights and running on the treadmill or outside or swimming! and watch what you eat!! Buy Fitness magazine...theres a lot of good exersizes in there too! haha! well hope i helped! love yah!

i weight about 195, i was wondering if i do pushups for 3 sets of 20, would that be better then 3 sets of bench pressing with 140 weights. cuz i heard its better bc the push ups builds muscle bc i'm heavy and it tones muscle bc i'm doing alot. thanks (link)

Well i think you need to do a lot more pushups than that to quit benching! Pushups really do work though! So try both!
