advice

I was wondering any tips on helping me lose weight. I use to be pro at it and had a good diet and exercised... then I got my license and I have just gained gained gained! I'm not fat or anything I am 5'7 130lbs but i use to be 110 and thats where I would like to go. I know ALOT about losing weight and calories and exercise but i was wondering if anyone could give me tips that they think works that isn't the regular, cut your calories exercise more deal?

i would suggest walking instead of driving and no junk food! i might try this one : staying off the computer and like being more active! well like i lost 9 pounds by playing outside and joining a basketball team! hope i helped!

ok is there a way u can get ur arms like..more strong like more shape cuz mine have fat that needs to go..like wut helps? dont say pull ups..lol cant do those ..but if neone knows ne work out ways like explain it ..um that would help thx

Okay what about pushups? or take weights and lift you arms up and down for 30 minutes a day! hope i helped!
